The team here (and there are many I have met and known and could list by name) has walked with us through every stage of our pets' lives, from puppyhood to end-of-life care, and they've always treated us--and our animals--with empathy and respect. I understand that in any medical setting, things don't always go the way we would want. That's part of the reality of working with living beings. But what I've always seen at this clinic is a staff that truly cares--that shows up every day to do what is right by the animals and the people who care for them. That has certainly been our experience. It's easy to focus on the negative when things go wrong, especially when emotions are running high.
