Right off the bat, I felt very at ease with her as a therapist. We established my goals for seeking therapy and discussed strategies for treatment. She's very knowledgeable and took the time to really educate me on the various treatment options we could explore. Talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy helped me become better equipped to deal with my feelings of anxiety and talk myself down before they started to get the better of me. Her approach to therapy is just what an INFJ like me has been looking for for years. She's been helping me do the hard inner work that I've needed to do, and wanted to do, but not had someone really equipped to be able to help me until I found Body Talks Therapy. She has helped me to uncover important inner truths that I have needed to stand on, and false narratives that I need to acknowledge and reject.
