One of the workers came out right away took a look at it called the manger out there to see if they were able to remove and install it so I won't have to worry again about it coming loose . They immediately took my car in the shop took off the bumper topper cleaned all the old adhesive off my bumper wiped down with alcohol to make sure all the dirt and wax was completely off the bumper they installed extra adhesive that they use at the body shop to make sure that it would never come off again they spent over a half hour working on my car I was so glad it was finally done right . I went to pay him he told me NO CHARGE he said it didn't take him that long . I am a Disabled Vietnam era veteran for the manger and the other worker to give there time , material and knowledge to fix my car was so heart warming to me I broke down in Tears .
