The location is great as we both have spent quite some time at Palmer Lake. beautiful views of the mountains as it is nestled close to them. Great outdoor venue area for when it's warm and an even more beautiful chapel and reception hall. I envision our big day at Pinecrest after the tour (we toured other places but the view was the best for us). Danny was also very informative of the packages and we chose the all inclusive. Well worth it, I have to say because when it came to our big day, everything was " absolutely spectacular " and the staff were amazing and worked hard to make our day over the top amazing. Jessica was our wedding coordinator, absolutely brilliant and amazing person to make our dream wedding ( and only wedding) come true. Danny, Jessica and the whole staff at Pinecrest: we cannot thank you enough for your kindness, patience and hard work you all did for our wedding. I am beyond words of how I'm so impressed with Pinecrest and it's staff. For those that are reading, definitely have your wedding here. Such a gorgeous place with trem staff. Best wishes, Anthony and Andrea C.

The…read moreindividual tour guide we were provided however soured our experience of this potential wedding venue. The guide was not able to provide basic information about the venue itself, to include their catering prices, the tax and service fees, and other miscellaneous info. My fiancé and I then told the guide multiple times that we intended on being married at the outside ceremony site and wished to see the location, but we were told "not today it's snowing". Tough to sell a venue when you refuse to show the customer what they want. We were very excited for this venue however the guide we given was the specific reason we did not choose this venue.

Maddie has become a friend and we're always happy to catch up with her. We like the small menu; everything we've had has been really well prepared and presented. Partner especially likes the Fish and Chips, and I love, love, love the best cheeseburger I've ever had - Jacki makes it just right, huge and medium rare. There are other good things on the menu and apps are especially good - but I almost always go back to that magical cheeseburger!

Today my husband and I visited this restaurant hoping to support a local business and try something…read morenew close to our home. We brought Gizmo, my husband's trained service dog, who was clearly wearing his service dog vest. When we arrived, the employee told us we could not dine inside because we had a dog. My husband explained that Gizmo is not a pet--he is his trained service dog. The employee said she would go ask the owner or manager (I'm not sure which). A few minutes later, she came back and told us we still could not sit inside because, according to what she was told, my husband did not have a visible disability. She said that only people in wheelchairs or with visible disabilities could have their service dogs inside the restaurant, and that if we wanted to eat there, we would have to sit on the patio. My husband is a 100% disabled U.S. Army veteran, and Gizmo is his trained service dog for PTSD. His disability may not be visible, but that does not make it any less real. My husband and I travel everywhere with Gizmo and eat out often, and we have never experienced anything this frustrating before. We simply wanted to enjoy a meal and support a local business. Under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12182) and 28 C.F.R. § 36.302(c), businesses that are open to the public must allow trained service dogs to accompany people with disabilities, whether those disabilities are visible or invisible. Service dogs are not pets, and access cannot be denied simply because a person's disability is not obvious. I hope the owner and staff take the time to learn the ADA requirements so that no one else--especially veterans or anyone living with an invisible disability--has to go through this experience.

She called when she never received hers a month later (also they refused to call her back and chose the cowards way of emailing a predetermined message) heand they told her they won't be refunding because she did not cancel on the 3 month window. Yet they claim to be "caring and understanding" during this difficult time. They are still operating as if only they matter. They won't let her reschedule for this year without paying more because they only care about money! This place lied and has the worst customer service

First we were told that the deposit for $500 would not even be charged until after the event and only if there was damage done but that was a lie, we had to pay before the event through the city website/ 3rd party and were not told that until the last minute. Also we were told that as long as there was no snow, that they would turn on the water stream under the bridge and there was no snow but they were lazy and didn't want to turn it on. We were also told that someone from the Lodge would be there to with knowledge of how to assist setting up the 2 TVS to play music videos via youtube but the lady had no idea how to work anything and we only got to use 1 TV and we had to figure out how to broadcast it. Not to mention that our time slot was from 12am-12pm and they were over an hour late!!! Ummmm, you guys knew what day our event was months in advance, we paid thousands of dollars for our time and you were over an hour late?!? Which means we had to rush everything and didn't get to set up in the amount of time promised as if getting married isn't stressful enough, you guys just added unnecessary stress. Also, the lady from the Lodge there took pictures and said it was going to be put online without asking any type of permission to do so. Do not do business with these people, if so just be aware that they lie and might be late. We eventually got our deposit back after constantly calling for weeks, and didn't get it until the end of Dec.

Just because it is affiliated with Bourbon Brothers, which literally has no vegan items on their menu, doesn't mean every event group, nonprofit, or prom wants 50 lbs of brisket for dinner! I think Boot Barn Hall could greatly increase bookings and their "range" of clientele by losing the Country Themed food and ambience (a lot). This area of COS is very popular and wealthy, but Boot Barn is likely missing a lot of great bookings with their Event Coordinator not thinking out of the box more. They really screwed up when they passed over the best Event Promoter, Fundraiser and Social Coordinator last December! I love many of that organizations that host their events here, so always willing to show up for a good cause!
