The office was a bit busy and our waiting time was about 10-15 minutes. They do have a single gender neutral bathroom that was clean and well stocked. Once we got called back to see Dr. Nau, we went through my kid's medical history and the reason for our visit. After a quick look at his throat and his lymph nodes, he explained his diagnosis and no immediate need for surgery. Quick easy and simple!
