I appreciated the easy online booking- inspections can be such a timely issue and I was able to schedule over the weekend through their website. No leaving phone messages and hoping for a call back. I worked with Dave and was really impressed with everything. Definitely attend the inspection in-person if at all possible. Dave answered every question I had and walked me through the home explaining things that would be on the report and also things that looked good that wouldn't be on the report. The report itself was thorough and had good detail. I was curious about how the furnace was set up and operated and Dave took the time to patiently explain. As a first time home buyer, the inspection also served as a way to get familiar with the workings of a house. That part was invaluable to me. read more

Matt Karr did a fantastic job on a pre-purchase home inspection for a home built in 1927. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and thorough, which showed both in his patience with our 5 million questions during his explanation of the inspection at the end, and in his finished report which he had ready in early evening the same day. We received a 51-page report complete with numerous color photos with arrows pointing to specific trouble spots, etc. Heartland was fantastic to deal with in their organized and prompt scheduling of our three inspections (we added on a radon inspection and sewer inspection). We needed a quick inspection of a home that we were listing for sale. Chris made himself available in short time and completed both radon testing and a full home inspection. He kept us informed how the process worked and made sure he was able to complete his work while we were away from the house. We just had an inspection and radon test with Heartland and were very pleased with the service. Scheduling and payment was very simple and convenient. Heartland did a very quick and thorough inspection of our first home! They answered our call on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend to set up an inspection for 8:30am on Tuesday.
