Because of this, it can get pretty busy when you're working out as there are a lot of little kids running around and they can get in the way. The place is just getting started and they are wanting to move to a larger facility once they get enough sustained revenue income. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and if you're into cross-fit and power/olympic style lifts, this place is for you.

This is a brand new MLS team which has just started play, located in Tennessee. Nashville has been trying hard to get a soccer team for a long time, and they finally have one. I hope that they're really successful and I congratulate them for that. We haven't really seen them on the field of play yet, but they already had a lot of drama because they were talking about moving them to another place because Nashville was unwilling to helping build a stadium. It's a long and complicated process. But it looks like Nashville will still be a Tennessee club from now on.

I found this park from a Yelp search. It's the perfect place to go walking or running. I go to the…read morefar end of the park and run the greenway. It's absolutely beautiful. The start of the greenway is a bridge with running water below. You can follow this path for a few miles. I do an out and back that's about 5 miles. I felt very safe here. I see a lot of other walkers and runners.

I always see lots of people on the shore fishing and a few in their kayaks as well. On our most recent trip, my father in law caught a small bass. Of course we let it back into the water, but my kids were so excited to see their grandpa hook one. 3. There's also a handful of tennis courts that were being perused. The walking trail is a great way to enjoy the beautiful spring weather and get some exercise! And with the scenery, it's a nice spot for a date or picnic with the family.
