    Not great. Rushed through like a cattle call. Didn't feel like I even got time with the doctor to discuss my issues.

My first appointment was to have the ultrasound done to map my treatment. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:50am and waited for the door to be unlocked. Several employees arrived (and parked in all of the patient spots) but none of them could unlock the door. Finally at 9:20 someone came to unlock the door. The ultrasound was done and my treatment plan laid out. I came back a week later for the first treatment. The clinic was short staffed so my wait was about 20 minutes. When I finally went back for treatment I was told that the vein they were going to treat didn't need treatment. WHAT? Didn't the ultrasound tell you that? My next appointment was a week later. I showed up and the receptionist told me I wasn't on the schedule. That's when I found out all of the scheduling is done through the 800 customer service number. No one at the local clinic has the schedule except for the current day. I was never told my appointment had been cancelled. My next treatment was scheduled for January 4. Arrived and to my surprise was taken back right away. After my vitals were taken and I changed into treatment clothing the tech came back into the room and told me they didn't have the appropriate tools to complete my treatment. WHAT??? Why didn't someone contact me to reschedule the appointment? Again I had to contact the 800 customer service number to reschedule. Now my treatment plan is out 2 weeks. Another note, the employees change here daily. The doctor doesn't know who will be there from day to day. At my appointments the staff openly gossiped about other employees while several people were in the waiting area. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. First appointment was December 14 and I still haven't had one treatment (January 5). If things don't improve on my next visit I will definitely go somewhere else.
