It took me nearly 3 weeks to get my first appointment with them. A year later I had to get something else checked out and they were booked for 2 weeks. I get its not their fault but it would be nice to have more appointments available. All 3 - ish ( I lost track) times that I been they have been fully staffed at the front desk, I been greated and welcomed in. The front staff has answered all my questions and were professional in handling my paperwork. The techs that had help me were very caring and showed empathy towards me. The facility inside was clean and organized. Whenever I go in they are always patient with me when I ask a ton of questions. These last few months have been a new experience for me. Friendly and knowledgeable people working here made my visits easier. First time I came here it was hard to find the front door haha. Pull into the parking lot and you will see the big double doors with sings to all the offices they have there. Dont go by the numbers on the smaller doors on the side of the building haha. I usually always get morning appointments so I get there when it is not crowded. The parking lot can get a little busy but there is parking there trust me.

I became very nervous. The man leads me down the hall, then out the back door. What the fuck! We walked to the unsecured parking lot to a shipping container where the MRI machine was. I had to partially undress in this unsecured container. This man put me in this 1980's MRI machine with no instruction on what he was about to do. The machine was so noisy that you had to wear earmuffs. It was totally scary. I powered through and finished, because I couldn't reschedule. I ask for a business card. The office did not have any. I will never go to that MRI office again. This place was ghetto and needs a new standard. I give this place a thumbs down.

Then unexpectedly, I received another bill for $660. When I inquired, I was told that the first amount was for the CT scan, then the second was for the contrast. These people should be armed and wearing ski masks as far as I'm concerned. I wish I would have done my research beforehand, but found a website: MDsave.com, could have had the whole procedure done for $310 close by.

They were also very informative as what to expect, what not to do etc. - Additional medical history/screening/e-checkin... super easy. Just like the other reviews I had to wait over an hour to be seen. Side note three other patients arrived after me and all got seen. I sought to understand by asking the front desk what's going on in a very polite way saying "hi do we have an estimate on my turn I've seen other people get helped before me and wanted to get an estimate" the front lady with colored eyes responded passive aggressively " well we do more than ultrasounds" I then proceeded to be more direct and ask" why have others been helped before me even although I arrive before them. I wanna make sure I wasn't missed " she responded " it's fine take a seat". She could improve on her responses, specially I came from a positive and polite way. India was the best part of the experience she was my technician that preformed the ultra sound. I can only give this place 3 stars due to her. She saved this place from getting 1. The gentleman, shook my hand and introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. He really cared. It was just such a high-quality place the Type of Care this place gives you is amazing and then to get your results and they go through it with a fine tooth comb and they tell you about each part of it and give you diagrams to touch and learn about what's going on highly recommend this place. They have water and coffee in the lobby. Once you are called back, the staff is just as attentive. They make sure you are comfortable and go over everything before begin any of the testing. The testing is quick, efficient, and so clean!! It's nice to have a facility like this (so we dont have to go to Dallas every time) that has not only the technology but the right combination of people that it takes to run such a place, and that's what sets this place apart from others!! My doctor called in the morning and after checking with my insurance, I heard from front office by 11 and was scheduled for about 4pm. Terry was quick and efficient with the CT scan and he was very nice. The actual scan took about 2 minutes and then I was on my way. Once I got there and filled out all the paperwork, I only waited about 8 minutes before being called back and I could see there were 2 people ahead of me. The office was clean and it was a good experience here.
