I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 days. I was on hold for 43 minutes the first day. when I finally reached a person they said they did not have the order from Dr Harris' office. I ws also told that there was no record of my being there before. I have been there 12 times. The doctors office has resent the order. Now I am on hold again for over 20 minutes. The office staff is helpful and friendly (even when short staffed), and the techs and radiology/imaging personnel are caring and supportive. My appointment was scheduled for 7:40am (see the pic); but THEY WERE NOT THERE! The building was LOCKED!! How unprofessional is this? I have NEVER experienced this before...a company schedules an appointment and they ARE NOT there! The employees arrived almost 10 minutes late. To me, if the first appointment is at 7:40am, the employees should be there by 7:30am or at least by 7:40am (the appointment time). Employees arriving after the appointment time is unacceptable. A few weeks ago, I went to this location to have a test done. My insurance coverage is awful. I was left owing a fairly large bill. I paid half of it and said when I got the bill I would pay the balance. The bill never came, instead I got a nasty phone call telling me my bill was past due and when do I plan to pay the balance. I told the caller as soon as I receive a bill I would pay it. The caller said they had sent out two bills and both were returned undeliverable. I checked to make sure they had the correct address and they did. In the eight years I have been at this address I have not had any problems with mail deliverable. Once again I said you get a bill out to me and I will pay it. Well what you know !! I got a bill today with a nasty note across it telling me the balance is past due and the balance will be paid immediately or it will be turned over to collections. The bill will get paid as I do pay my bills. I will go to this place again for a test!!! read more

I was there to get a brain MRI and an abdominal MRI. Courtney at the front desk was absolutely a joy to interact with. She was professional, did everything in a timely manner and was very pleasant. The MA was nice. In the MRI room I was very nervous, my Dr ordered sedation but they didn't give it. I wasn't offered earplugs until the last MRI, by this time all the noise of the clicking and banging was more than a person should had to tolerate. I am very claustrophobic. This MRI experience was less than uneventful. read more

My appointment was originally supposed to be at 6:25pm. About an hour before I was due to arrive, they called to tell me that the radiologist was running behind and to come at 7:00pm. When I arrived promptly at 7, I was told that they were still running behind and they would keep me updated. It 8:25pm, I was still waiting with no explanation. If I hadn't been so desperate to have my MRI done to figure out the cause of my back pain, I would have left much earlier. Only after I went back to the front desk at 8:30pm, did the receptionist inquire to the staff about how much longer my wait would be. I was told an additional 39 minutes - maybe. I left without being seen. UPDATE - I was called by the Director who offered a genuine apology. He acknowledged what went wrong. I can both respect and appreciate that. read more

This location is amazing. As I write this review I'm currently at this location and it's nothing but professionalism from the moment we arrived Crystal greeted us at the door. My husband appt was at 8 we arrived at 7:40. The check-in process was smooth. The Technician Neil greeted my husband and allowed us to view the machine as my husband had issues with another MRI machine at another facility and I went on a search for Open MRI because his experience was not a good experience at all. I must say this location is AWESOME and WE APPRECIATE YOU GUYS!! read more

This place is horrible due to the long wait time of almost 2 hours. There were only 5 people there waiting and they were all complaining about the time and order. The receptionist "Flor V's" attitude is absolutely horrible! She should not be working with people. Instead of apologizing or having sympathy for the long wait when questioned, she was mouthing off about how she's doing the best she can. The best you can is not sitting silent while she's watching what's happening. It was not busy at all mind you. The x-ray tech Amber was calling people out of order. Also when I asked the technician "Amber" why she was calling people who walked in there and hour after me she smirked and laughed and said that's just the way the paperwork is. Do not waste your time at this place because when you come in you're already in pain. I was told the manager was not in today. Please talk to your doctor about not referring this place to patients in the future. The are too many places who would love your business and treat you much better. read more

She raised her voice at me numerous times when at 1st I asked if I could put N/A (they were not applicable to me) & she said ok.....then made me do 2 sheets in front of her anyways that I put N/A on!! I asked her questions because I didn't know many answers to them, she then read them too me(I can read lady)....treated me like I was ignorant & I told her to calm down so I could explain some of my history to her. She continued to have a raised voice....I'm not dumb & have 2 degrees & she talked down to me greatly!! She needs fired, does not belong in the public/customer service world & I will never be back here!!! Name was TH. Something one should always remember.....One behind the desk, first greeter of any place is 1st impression. She needs to think about how she treats people. The technicians are great. Their process for collecting payment is not. Methodist CDI demands payment upfront. My insurance company ended up paying 100% of my ultrasound and CT. I now have to wait 45-90 days for a refund check. Patients beware!!! Do NOT pay upfront. Let them bill your insurance company first. You never know what the insurance company will do. Methodist verifies your financial responsibility with your insurance company's website; the problem with this is the website is NOT updated in real time. If you know you have met your deductible, be firm and do NOT give them any money. I have had to made numerous phone calls and still waiting on a refund check. They will NOT communicate when the refund is coming. The billing call center rep has to send your EOB to payment applications for approval. You can file a Grievence with your health insurance company and with the Attorney General Office for Insurance to report that Methodist has overcharged and double-dipped. I just cannot understand why it takes Methodist CDI less than 10 minutes to take my credit card payment but I have to wait 45 days for refund read more
