I was awaiting a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy for two weeks. I was surprised to receive a phone call from Envision Imaging regarding a test I needed to complete. I was told this was ordered by the doctor. Days later, I was called by the doctor's office and told I needed to have this test done before my insurance would pay for the prescription. At my appointment, Dr. Sperry and I agreed that I would wear a heart monitor for 2 weeks and that I would receive a call in two weeks to have it put on. After 4 weeks, I had heard nothing and called the office. They found one and I went in and had it put on. It didn't work, so I took it back. I was called by Noi, the only person I had any luck with and told she had another and just to stop by and have it put on. I called a couple of days later to ask about coming by during my lunch hour to get it and was rudely told Noi isn't there at lunch and that won't work. I was not even asked what time my lunch break is. It happens to be during office hours. So, after all of this, I got nowhere. My primary care prescribed what I needed and I moved on. For the Echo test I had a tech that did a great job at not rubbing my OUCH areas too rough although she had to.

Huge waste of time and money (gas) driving here, and zero attempt to make up for what I had been told. Unprofessional - should not be in patient care in any shape or form.

Dr. Rashdan spent a lot of time with answering some very complex questions that I had for him. He explained things in a way that truly enabled you to understand what was happening and was willing to listen to my concerns and thoughts. I was scheduled for a cath procedure but ended up going to the ER with what turned out to be acid reflux. Even so, 45 minutes after I was in the ER Dr. Rashdan came to the hospital even though it was a Sunday morning. He assured me that I was fine but then offered to do the Cath procedure right then and there instead of having to wait another week. He did the procedure and I could not have been happier with his skill and professionalism.

He inserted stents after discovering severe blockage. All the follow-ups have been informative. I've had only good and friendly contacts with staff. Billing was a little off when they changed their system, but had no problems before that. I'm surprised at the negative reviews. Never experienced any of the problems that some patients had.
