It's a shame employees like her think they can represent the clinic with rudeness and lies. I managed my husband's clinic and if I had an employee behave in an undesirable way they were gone!

Then several other issues once they got them that caused a reorder, and every single person working in this store was all over the manufacturer every day trying to get my glasses to me asap. When they finally did arrive, not only did they make 110% sure they were 115% correct and passed their QC, but they also made it right with myself. I know that normally when somebody has a delay in a product they need being delivered, that's a negative: but thanks to the staff here I still left with a positive outlook and even purchased two other pairs of frames here for my daughter: because i know if they aren't right: they'll make it right. I don't believe that healthcare or products should be fast food service, and this place is speedy with real service: they take the time they need to, to get it done right. And I appreciate that. They also have an in house doctor starting in July; which will be a large asset to the store not having to run around town to get your eyes checked also.
