I needed a refill for some ointment for my ear canal, they wouldn't refill it without an…read moreappointment, I went in just to get the refill but the doctor looked into my ear canal before she ordered the refill it took about two minutes and got a charge of about $300, my insurance paid for some but I feel the charge is outrageous. Plus the doctor ordered the wrong ointment which I had to pay for then had to pay again for the correct ointment. They care more about the money than care for the patients. I'll be finding another ENT in the future

When I finally showed up for my appointment, I was slightly late because of roadwork and they told me they needed to reschedule me. I explained how long I've been waiting and my situation and it didn't matter. I rarely take time to write something like this, but I am so disappointed, they aren't the only game in town. When my doctor submits a referral, I receive a call to schedule within a day. Recently needed to see a Neurosurgeon for a pinched nerve, which required surgery. I was called and had a scheduled visit in less than a week. Surgery was deemed necessary and it was scheduled in less than 2 weeks. The entire staff in the Neuro department was excellent. When the hospital screwed up resulting in my insurance denying the surgery, the Summit Neuro staff (Ruth) stepped right in and got everything resolved to the surgery could go on schedule. I cannot say enough about the care and caring team at Summit Health.

Then received a call from him saying he had called my GI doctor who explained the reason for the referral and now he can't help with a procedure. I was told his scheduler would call me. Waited 3 weeks and messaged them. Suddenly I was scheduled for a month out. Day of procedure just before my arrival time I was cancelled because he was running behind. No apology for wasting my day. This clinic has been a disappointment from the get go. I am going elsewhere.
