Now a year later, I continue to get bills stamped final notice that I owe another $100 for another postop where he just looked in my nose. He reluctantly took a specimen and was clearly annoyed that I had to tell him to do it. Each and every appointment is extremely rushed and he doesn't like to answer questions about my condition or the course of care. This pissed me off to the point today that I actually walked out of the office and asked my primary ENT Doctor for another referral. Furthermore, his office manager is one of the biggest bitch's I've ever come across in the health care profession. For example, today while I was in the waiting room at their Orange office location I overheard her complaining to another front office employee about a patient in an extremely unprofessional way. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. 1 Extremely poor patient care and communication. 2 Dr. House should retire as he is either in his late 60's or even in his early 70's. After about 15 questions, she told me that my Authorization was not in their system and I would have to wait a couple of days and call back. I indicated I had the Authorization in my hand and if she couldn't access it, would she call me back. Giulianna said NO. I waited a week and called back. The same routine, they had to call me back several hours later, when it was convenient for Giulianna. We went through the same 15 questions, even thought I had the Authorization #, at which time Giulianna said the Authorization was still not in their system and that I would have to call back again. I asked to speak with a Supervisor, Giulianna indicated she was in charge. This is no way to run a business, I filed a complaint with Optum and requested another provider. I do not recommend.
