The original electrician put in faulty equipment, which we're lucky we didn't have a fire! Ryan showed us the problem told us what he needed to repair it and then even though it was late in the day, he went ahead and repaired it for us so that we could get our spot up and running again! I use the spa almost every day for therapy as I broke my knee. We feel like Ryan did an excellent job and we feel confident that we won't have any problems with this Spa repair in the future and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an electrician to do a good job!

Add to that, the market is so crazy that if you don't jump on an opportunity immediately, you miss out. Ebbi showed us several houses remotely, and gave us an honest assessment of the pros and cons of each place. She kept us informed of what was coming on the market, was very respectful of our needs, and didn't pressure us at all. When we found a house we really wanted, she jumped on it, got us the first showing, and we had an offer in by the end of the day! If Ebbi hadn't acted so quickly, both in showing us the house and in preparing our offer, there's no way we would have gotten the house in this crazy market.
