We went from having to replace the system to fixing a a minor leak and recharging he unit with refrigerant - total cost less than $600, the other company $12,000. Matt Smith was a blessing. He quickly found the problem, fixed it and then a few tests later, he charged the system with the refrigerant. We had no refrigerant in the system, zero. Although the unit was 12 years old, the system took that long to run out. I don't have any relationship with this company, but I will refer anyone to use them. But Cedar Valley Heating and Air told me they would work me in the following day between 12-5 PM. We made arrangements to be there; no one came or called. At 4:45 PM I called their office. The receptionist said that their repairman often worked as late as 7 PM. She assured me he would call and come. He didn't. My house was 90 degrees inside all night. Several times last night and today I called the business line and it transferred me to Sam Milianta's voice mail, who promised to call me back. He didn't. It's peak season for HVAC repairs. I understand they're busy and would have understood the need to reschedule. I do not understand or excuse the lack of courtesy or professionalism of this company.

By the third day we were told by our home warranty company that it was ordered, but it would still be another 3 to 5 BUSINESS days! We are a family of 7 and I was immediately really upset. After talking to Steve again he decided that that was unacceptable and he wasn't going to let my husband and I along with our 5 kids wait that long. They called me and said they would be there in 45 minutes to install a new water heater. They were here within that timeframe and had it installed within a half hour. Steve is so amazing and I will forever recommend Complete Plumbing to everyone I hear that needs plumbing services. I'm really grateful for he and Jason installing it well and getting the job done despite the Home Warranty company being difficult and essentially causing their customer to be without hot water for 8 days. The price he quoted was very reasonable and lower than a previous quote I received from another company. We have had a chronic leak in our roof (when we get a hard rain) over the past 8 years. It has resulted in extensive ceiling damage. We have had three repair companies attempt to fix the problem over the past eight years, but to no avail. There were a couple of vents that needed to be added to exhaust the roof. He mentioned the situation (no roof vents) but did not try to upsell me on them.
