Im a big fan of this studio. So clean and full of amazing vibes. Recently started taking bunch of classes w Stefania, and she is so great and energetic. Highly suggested if you are looking for hot yoga sculpt and Pilates around WeHo

** For Santa Monica ** The new location is super nice. I especially appreciate that this one has showers whereas the 3rd street location one does not ... The interior design is beautiful and very aesthetic. More importantly though, I love that the studio itself inside has tiered levels so that you can see yourself in the mirror at any spot in the room while working out (like 3rd st). Excited this opened !

First time doing hot Pilates and I loved it! I totally died - sweated buckets - but i felt great and detoxed after. Parking: roll up to the garage where they have attendants. If you tell them you're there for a class, it's free for 75 minutes. However if you plan on showering after the class, plan on paying the full fee of $10 as you prob take longer than that cuz the class is only 50 minutes. Signing up: found this place via Yelp to come a friend and signed up on the MINDBODY app. They had an intro offer 2 classes for 1 for $40. Not bad to have a class for $20 each. Facility: I came in a little late because I took some time to park in my tight spot. They have a strict Kate policy of 5 mins and I barely made it in. You are first greeted by the staff upfront where they check you in quickly. They'll hand you a sweat towel and your mat towel to lay out. You can put your stuff in cubbies in the hallway to the class or put it in the lockers in the back. You can also grab a cooler water from their fridge in the hallway too. Class: the room is actually not as hot as you think. It was bearable for the first 30 mins but after you May want to slow down on movement as it can get tougher. I had Natalli and she was tough but very helpful when you are confused on a move. Since I came late and it was my first time, I didn't get the weights, bands and block ahead of time. But she grabbed the block for me so I can keep up w the rest of the class. You can find the gear in the back corner. I took a lot of breaks and wiped my sweat a l lot. Showers: after class, we headed towards the back for the showers. They provide towels on a rack you can grab. There's also a bench to leave your stuff. There are 3 private shower rooms - not a community one thankfully. Each had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and face wash. Water pressure was great and walls are dark so you don't have to see other ppl's hair lying around LOL. TIP: check if the bottles are empty first before you start your shower!!! I luckily brought my own stuff and the shampoo was out. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and am looking forward to scheduling my 2nd class!

This is the most vibey and aesthetic workout studio. Most of the instructors are well trained and challenging. I appreciate the free parking, mat, and towel. Some of the staff and community can be intimidating (very influencer-y and girls serious about their workouts). The music is the biggest turn off for me - it's a very specific vibe, kind of like monotone techno without lots of lyrics or fun songs you want to dance to. Also super expensive.

First time here and it was a great workout! The headed room is very hot so if you are trying this for the first time, be sure to bring lots of water or try hot yoga first! I liked that the instructor led us in a very intense workout and it felt great afterwards! You can go at your own pace and rest if you need to. A couple call outs- I wish they allowed us to use our own yoga mats just because you sweat so much. They provide a towel for you but I feel like your sweat gets into the mat. Inside the hot room and the whole studio was playing the same music, which had very loud beats so it was a bit overwhelming to listen to this for an hour straight while working out. They do have showers for you but not many amenities in terms of tampons or hair ties so be sure to bring your own!

Great great workout , too bad the customer service isn't as good , tried to call them multiple times to freeze my account , I emailed and left messages , took me a week to get a hold of someone. Step it up

Take Tenaya's class ! I loved it so much, her work outs were challenging but beginner friendly. Make sure when you get there you grab bands and weights because that's what she used for her classes. I took Natallis class as well but didn't like it so much. I felt like it was more flexibility rather than toning. She also didn't tell us we would need a block in her class so make sure you get one before starting.

Pros: * Studio provides mat, face towel, and mat towel * Showers equipped with face wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner * Beautiful and contemporary venue * Free parking for 75 min Cons: * No lotion or Q-tips provided * Classes may have a lot of students Notes: * Recovery class is more like peaceful meditation/therapy than a workout

Kate was by far amazing. I felt very motivated throughout the whole class. She is beyond 5 stars!

LOVE!!!! Service: Wow! I love being greeted with energy and a kind smile when I walk in a studio. It adds a little motivational nudge which I love. The greeting here was epic. The two ladies at the front desk were helpful getting me checked-in and telling me about their towel services and mat procedures. Towel/Mat service: They provide a large towel to cover your mat and a small towel for perspiration. Studio: Incredible. The design-work is sharp, chic, and intimate. I love the pops of color like the three sets of red speakers in the yoga room. You're welcome to bring your own mat and "double mat". There is also a Pilates reformer room! Workout: I did a sculpt session which is some sort of high intensity blend of yoga and cardio. We used weights, thigh bands, and our own body weight. Our instructor was faultless!! Storage: there are gobs of cubby holes on the side of the yoga room and lockers toward the back. Parking: there is a lot of metered parking on the streets. I found a spot directly in front of the studio but I went on a Sunday at 8:45am so parking was wide open. Showers: Their showers are in the back. They provide a large yummy towel, plastic bags for your wet clothes, and Marlon + Goetz body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Location: I am in love with this location. It's on 3rd St. so there are lots of places to go before and after your workout.

I vibe the most with Reese, Rita, & Ann because their routines have my legs & abs shaking every single time. I strategically save them for weekends when I don't mind being rendered completely useless afterwards.
