In my case, I have a bad back, lower back to be exact and I went there, hoping to be able to be recommended a specialist or to be checked out and I was told to be treated with pain meds for six weeks with an x-ray and they did not tell me ahead of time that they did not take my insurance and that end up being an out of network service literally I believe I waited longer in the waiting area than any actual "treatment", I had to call and complain so instead of $142 it's now $106. I also called the billing lady around 10 AM and just now got a call at 4:00 PM. Staff is nice the people they are nice but the quality of my service in regards to the PA did not grant $142 bill.

I did NOTHING wrong...I am happy to share what happened to me in reviews. I went to their clinic in Sun City Center...and that turned out to be a massive nightmare. I'm 65 right now and have never...NEVER met people as inept and rude as the staff that runs this place. It is almost funny it is so bad...but when you are on the receiving end of their nastiness...it is really ugly. Here is just ONE event I endured with these people. 1) My appointment with Dr. Lamielle was for 1 PM 2) I arrived at 12:45, checked-in, told to take a seat (usual stuff) 3) Soon, it is after 2PM so I walk up to the next open window to ask how much longer. 4) The girl says to me "Oh! To add to this lunacy, the doctor actually called me at home, a few days later, at 9PM at night (yep, that late at night) and told me he actually wasn't even in the clinic that day. So...ummmmm...wait a minute here! What the hell is going on? You lied? They lied? Why was I asked to even be there!?!?!? Hopefully, this clinic will shut down or, learn how to deal with patients in an appropriate manner instead of doing what they did to me. They are unprofessional, rude, and clearly incompetent. I was always seen by her nurse practitioner, Dr Maldlnado. At first I felt well taken care of, but it soon changed. She showed me total disregard for my issues I was experiencing, I always bad to initiate my next treatment. I questioned her as to why my Vitamin A was so high, she snarled ''cut your intake in half''.....my current Dr took me off off all my medications with Vitamins A in it. Never went over blood work, Never showed a care for your health, and the last straw was when she treated me with total disrespect for my UTI issues. Another challenge is dealing with the front end women, not very welcoming, and if you have a problem with billing forget it. There are tons of Doctors in this area that treat you with respect and take an active roll in your health. This office is not one of them.!!!!!!!!!!!!
