I'm very Happy with this Office Dr Bholany is a great doctor he explain everything in details

Dr. Bhlani is a wonderful Physician. His staff is detrimental to this practice. I had called the office more than 6 times and either no one answers or returns telephone messages. I finally had to drive to the office to get what I needed accomplished. I have now tried to reach the office again and left a message through the appointment operator and again no response. This office staff needs major training to compliment the doctors. read more

This business recently moved to a new facility in Riverview. The building is beautifully constructed with plenty of parking. But, people don't come here for the building but for the quality of care that they receive. I have been going to Dr. Uttamchandani (aka Dr. U) for several years. He may seem a bit young, but believe me he is tied in my estimation as one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Not just an outstanding Nephrologist, but also an outstanding diagnostician who is very knowledgable in all aspects of the human body. He is personable and caring, and truly goes above and beyond. I could not recommend him more highly. The front office staff and physician assistants are very friendly and knowledgable as well. For those requiring dialysis, the facility is extra convenient, as a Davita dialysis facility is now open in the same building. read more

Made an appointment. Had to wait 8 weeks. Had A call from the office to confirm appointment 2 weeks in advance then at least 6 follow up emails to confirm the appointment time. Showed up 1/2 hour early which is their protocol. Then sat in the waiting room an hour past appointment time. Observation: staff and doctors believe their time is more valuable than yours Never an apology or acknowledgment. Poor customer service! read more

Dr Uttamchandani is FABULOUS!!! He is so respectful and treats patients with dignity. He explains what is happening in the body, how meds and toxins effect the kidneys, how the kidney works for those who are not familiar. He treated me when I was basically in trouble with my kidneys. Since my mom died of ESRD, it was comforting to find a helpful physician. read more

I'm so grateful that this office respects their patients. There is virtually no waiting to get in if you have an appointment. I wish all doctor's offices were like that AND the doctors aren't given to hysterics. I had been given a doomsday prognosis by another doctor. Given the same information, this doctor totally rejected that diagnosis. He showed me where the other diagnosis was flawed and gave me the background of that diagnosis. What I had going on was NOT fatal. In fact, it was normal for someone like me. Had the other office looked at me as an individual, rather than just another set of numbers, they might have come up with the same info as this doctor did. Because the other doctor didn't care enough to look at me as a unique individual, I was frightened and was preparing my family for the worst. Skip the guys who are in this for the money and just go here. This is where you will find knowledgeable doctors who care about YOU and won't just be lazy and lump you into statistics and call that a diagnosis. read more
