Katherine walks in and NEVER introduces herself. I only knew who she was by her photo online. She didn't ask me any questions, just started injecting. She never told me the name of the product she was using. Never explained ANYTHING. She was cold and callous. I go home and first thing my husband asks is "did you go for your filler?" This just justified my horrible experience. I gave it two weeks and saw nothing but bruising everywhere and no plumpness whatsoever. I drive there to discuss my issue. She is in with a client but hears me talking to reception and calls the young lady in and then she comes back and tells me to make a new appointment for the other half of syringe. (Only reason she got called in was because her Katherine must of heard her say, "has this happened to you before?") Katherine finishes, comes out and looks right at me and doesn't even say hello. Doesn't even look at my face and the mess she made. Does not even make an attempt to rectify the issue. I call afterwards and demand a refund and guess what? I got it. No questions asked. I even asked for my tip back. Got that too. Then I get a phone call from her telling me to leave her alone. I didn't call her, she called ME. THEN I get a phone call from a client of hers who happens to be a friend of mine telling me all my business and asking me what happened and begged not to review. Ever hear of the HIPAA law? I have never liked nor did I ever have a male therapist for any length of time. However, I have been seeing a male therapist for well over a year now and he's been great. I highly recommend going to B.E.S.T. even if you're not there for substance abuse. The only negative thing, I can say about B.E.S.T. is that everyone regardless if you're mandated or not like me, still have to give a swabbed toxicology.
