I moved out of NY a little over 9 years ago and recently came back for Thanksgiving with my family that still lives in NY. With a recent work injury, the 10+ hr drive to NY had my back feeling the worst I've felt in a few years. Out of the four days I was in Ny, I went to him three. My drive back home felt 10x better than the way up. Setting aside the actual adjustments, he gave me sound advice to minimize the effects of my injury.
