It took almost 4 months, a bunch of phone calls , E-mails, finally after the local blue cross insurance company call duly and informed them they need to re submit insurance claims. Finally , they submit correct insurance claim...And the insurance claim went through. I start to wonder.. Will this issue happen again next time I have my annual eye check up?

A Gyn was the first on the list and not easy to find. How does one pick from a listing of names covered by insurance? And, how does an over 50 woman find a Gyn who is not focused only on the baby making years? After a couple of poor choices on my part, I found Dr. Bressler. I think I'm a tough-cookie of a patient, because I have lots of questions and lots of opinions of my own. What I truly want in a doctor is someone who continuously educates herself on her practice, is available for appointments, will answer urgent questions, and when she answers--will do so with direct and well though-out answers. Dr. Bressler is exactly that doctor. She helped my find a primary care physician also, and her team is helpful and friendly. One more thing...I was not familiar with DuPage Medical Clinic before my first appointment with Dr. Bressler. Over the last year, I have visited an internist, a dermatologist, and had several recommended tests (for aging women). Each appointment with each department at DuPage Medical has been timely--I mean, I haven't had to wait longer than 15 minutes, if that. Thought you all should know, because no one likes to be late for work because due to a long waiting room wait.

I canceled my appointment and stated I will not be coming back to that practice. They inactivated my chart. Terrible!

Dr Kevin Hussey / OB: A very good doctor especially after i heard his story of how nice he is treating his patients and how professional and wonderful he is as an OB. He is very efficiency, professional, kind, knowledgeable, patience...these are all very important to first time parents, cause we always have lots of questions and concerns and he can solve them all and made us feel comfortable and confident about my pregnancy. One thing i do want to mention here is he is my life saver, i had a hard time doing virginal delivery and after two hours pushing, i felt like i am gonna die, and i was asking for C-Section, after seeing me in such pain, he immediately moved me to the surgery room for C-section delivery, and it was like 11:00pm on that day, and he did excellent work to my delivery and incision part, today is the day 9 after the surgery day, and i am feeling wonderful, love Dr Kevin Hussey, next week, i am going to see him again for my postpartum check up, i am going to give him a big hug :) CDH: Classes: Me and my husband took three classes in this hospital, delivery place tour, give birth basics and breastfeeding class, the teachers are knowledgeable (showing all useful messages and information ,answers all question from us, mostly first time parents with silly questions :)), the atmosphere is friendly and fun, we did learn a lot from there which is good cause we have very good preparation for our baby's coming. Dietician: I was found out have gestation diabetes at week 28, and had to see the dietician very often since then, i just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr David Ding, he is very professional and knowledgeable, he used the most common understandable way to explain me my situation and watched my diet very carefully and closely (weekly), my numbers were controlled very well under his monitoring, plus, his nurses and office staff are nice and good too. Nurses: Not being exaggerate here, all nurses that had been taking care of us are so nice and patience, from 2nd floor (where i did my delivery) to 3rd floor (where i got sent to recover), not even a single one is not nice, me and my husband were so appreciate their cares Dean from the 2nd floor is the name we want to mention here, when i was having so much pain while waiting for dilation, i was after her patient for the anesthetist, but when she saw me in pain, and her patient wasn't that bad, she had the anesthetist came to me first then her patient, i was so thankful to her. The 3rd floor where i got my recovery after the c-section , they are so nice checking on me every few hours, taking care of both me and my newborn...the restaurant for recover mom and baby is also nice, they gave us more foods than we ordered, just to make sure we had enough nutrition. .... Too much to say, but make the long story short ( i know it's already very long), I highly recommended Dr Kevin Hussey for whoever need nice OB and CDH to all mom to be. My next one, i will still choose this OB and hospital for SURE.

Not like your favorite food type of love but the if you had to visit an office for an appointment, which is your favorite. I know. But let me start by saying, this is a fabulous healthcare facility! I found the staff to be engaging and knowledgeable. Cindy checked my blood pressure and weight. During the dread of stepping on the scale, we had lighthearted conversation and a few laughs. I thanked her for taking my pressure before the weigh in. She assured me that was by design. Cindy asked me for some basic information that she filled out on the forms. It was so nice to tell someone your history as opposed to having to write it all down yourself. It was a real treat. And all the while, I talked with Cindy as if we had "met" before. She kept me laughing. When she left, I prepared for the doctor's routine how are you? entrance. And then, Dr. Rogers taps and then enters bubbling, with a big smile yet calming demeanor. I would have thought she was on the evening shift and I was her first patient of the day, but she mentioned details of her day and the number appointments. Dr. Rogers was very detailed, knowledgeable, informative, patient and pleasant. She repeatedly asked if I had any questions. Each time, I almost felt the need to think of a question just to see if the happy go lucky demeanor would change. This was such a refreshing and delightful experience. And to my surprise, I was finished in about 75 minutes. I received goodies too. Yes, I received goodies. You will have to make an appointment if you want to be in on the details of the goods. Dr Sanchez was not listening to my concerns at all about my polyps and instead told me to get a surgery that would cost over $2100 rather than be able to be an ovariohysterectomy like I was asking. If I'm possibly going to have the same issue for years why can't they say it's medically necessary remove everything when I am in a lot of pain and experiencing awful menstrual cycles. They don't care about your comfort, your financial well being or your mental well being. A nurse named Jane couldn't find my pharmacy on the computer and made it seem like it was my fault and that it didn't exist and then spoke rudely about me right outside the door. This place is just a nightmare, avoid at all costs. Even getting an appointment takes forever and you're on hold for 10-15 minutes consistently. So many better facilities are better than this one don't waste your money
