I had a few cleanings done here, which were pretty normal. Like others have said, I had to wait longer than expected but nothing too drastic. I did end of switching providers though after one too many bad experiences that could not be coincidental. Saga as follows: -They switched dentists between my 2nd and 3rd cleaning here. During the second cleaning I was told I would need multiple fillings (which I kept procrastinating...) During the 3rd cleaning the new dentist said I did not need any... (to give benefit of the doubt, maybe every dentist is different...? But I felt like the previous dentist was just trying to get money out of me! -They were VERY hesitant to give a referral for a wisdom tooth extraction to anywhere but one specific place (which didn't take my insurance) Once I finally jumped through all the hoops for them to finally release my information to who I was asking them to, they only sent part of my record and I had to get X-rays redone at the place I was getting my wisdom teeth out because they "didn't have it" -During my 3rd cleaning they took the X-rays again because the "didn't have them" How do you misplace X-rays...? ‍ - the new dentist was really demeaning, mansplained EVERYTHING to me, even restated something I literally just said, and used my name every other second thinking he was "connecting with me." I did not like it! But I was thankful he retook the X-ray "for free" (not my fault they misplaced it though...) and did not lie about my filling so that was nice... mixed reviews on him -Nail in the coffin, my last appointment was 7/22 and i have not heard from them since (except to cancel a cleaning 1/23 because I decided not to continue with them...!) All of a sudden I get a collection notice in the mail saying I owe them money for my last cleaning.... I called to ask why I didn't get a bill or a call or anything. They claim they sent 8 bills before sending to collection but I did not get 1... Needless to say: proceed with caution. The people are not bad (also not the best...) but I had one too many bad experiences for it to be coincidence.

I went online and found I could buy the same product for $30.00 and with free shipping. I called Dr. Kim who runs the operation three days ago explaining the situation. I asked for a callback. I realize she has to make a profit but not 20.00 when I am on medicare. I called back asking why Dr. Kim has not called. They said she has been very busy. I mentioned she does not care about her existing patients. I am questioning all her charges if she is overcharging in her prices. I think she is a ripoff. I would recommend going somewhere else. The front office was nice as well as the nurse who took me back. I forget her name, but I do remember she said she was polish, anyways she was amazing and kind and happy. I absolutely loved her. Then I met Dr. Vakkas and was totally cool and down to earth and just explained to me what the procedure was going to consist of. I felt at ease and comfortable. *The day of surgery. My daughter so happened to wake up with a swollen face I took her in with me so that Dr. Vakkas could give me some insight on her cheek and see if it had anything to do with her teeth. (mind you, she didn't have an Appt and I was just wanting some professional insight) He was more than happy to check her. He never once said "I'm on a time crunch, make an appointment" for that I'm beyond grateful. So thank you Dr. Vakkas you could've easily said "no" but you didn't. Lastly, my nurses Ashton and Maria were amazing. Ashton was super cool and helpful and was my initial nurse and Maria was the one to recover me after. Both amazing and I have left with such a great experience. I am now 3 days post op and I feel amazing. I have not taken my medication once. I am not in any type of pain. I feel sore, but no pain. I really thought I would be out and not able to do much. However, I feel amazing and I didn't even get swollen. My husband said " the Dr. did a great job, is why" and I couldn't agree more with him. I was quoted a price of what my insurance would cover. The day of appointment the I went in, paid what I was told I owed for everything. A few weeks later I started to receive bills for 3x the amount quoted. I called to follow up only to be advised that the office staff never consulted my insurance. They recognized their mistake, and we were able to come to an agreement on money owed. I paid the agreed upon amount. Fast forward to OCTOBER 2025, I started to get bills again for the remaining total again!!! Sketchy business practice. They need reported to the BBB.

Dr. Dever did a root canal a couple of years ago on my very back tooth. He struggled through the…read moreprocedure and was frustrated. It took way too long and it made me uncomfortable. I changed dentists when the same tooth started bothering me only to find after several visits to specialists that the root canal wasn't completed. It was partially done by Dr. Dever. So after paying Dr. Dever for the incomplete root canal, I had to pay an endodontist to have X-rays and the root canal redone. Everything is fine now but Dr. Denver's poor workmanship cost me over $600 (thank goodness I have insurance or it would have been $1,000's. Do not recommend!
