I asked to use the bathroom before my session, but instead of helping, they kept directing me straight to the massage room. I ended up having to find the bathroom on my own. My massage therapist didn't speak any English, and despite repeatedly asking for light pressure, she continued using heavy pressure and even started hitting me with her fists in certain areas. It stopped feeling like a massage and more like being struck. This was supposed to be a two‑hour session, but I couldn't relax at all because the hitting continued throughout. The only positives were that the place itself looked nice and the price was reasonable. Still, the overall experience was so uncomfortable that I will not be booking here again.
