I went in for a one-hour foot massage, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The therapist could tell I wasn't feeling my best and noticed how tense and stressed my body was. She went above and beyond, working not only on my feet but also on my neck and back. I spend a lot of time hunched over a desk and don't get as much exercise as I should, and she immediately recognized where I was holding tension. She incorporated stretching and focused attention on those problem areas, and I left feeling absolutely amazing. If you pay cash, the one-hour foot massage is only $45--a fantastic value.
