Natalie charges for her consultations, which I did not have a problem with. I assumed that since she was charging for her time, I could count on being her priority at the moment. I was mistaken. She did not book me for the time that she said; she had a consultation right after mine and completely forgot about me and booked that person for my time. I had pre booked my appointment with her; I got in early so that I would be able to have the time I needed on the day that I could be off. I took the whole day of the appointment off. Instead of canceling her other client that she double booked, she chose to honor that appointment over mine. Since she had basically ignored me and not done what she said she would during the consultation, I asked for my money back. Natalie did not take that well and instead of trying to fix things, became totally unprofessional. I left Natalie a bad review on her booking site due to her unprofessional behavior. That was also not taken well. I figured, if I couldn't get my money back I could at least warn others of her negligence.
