Frankly I didn't hold out too much hope for my carpets before I hired Josh Heatherly. We have a small carpet in a high traffic area that covers a portion of the carpeting that still looks like it did when we moved in 5 years ago. Me and my fiance decided that the comparison between his work and the untouched area would be the measuring stick to determine the quality of job. Bottom line is we see no difference. He actually restored a 5 year old high traffic area to it's original state! I can't say enough about the work Josh put into our home. Heatherly Cleaning is a definite 5 star service and value. We used Heatherly to clean for an apartment move-out in Redding, CA ... hoping to get as much of our deposit back as feasible. Josh and Dana went above and beyond taking pictures and videos before, during and after the job ... just in case we needed documentation. We got the maximum amount of our deposit back without a fuss from the property management company. We also used them for a move-in which was after contractors had done significant work. Josh is awesome. He cleaned me truck seats to look like new, despite 2 kids and 2 dogs (labs, they do love water and dirt). He also cleaned our floors and most importantly the grout. We are the go to house, so with lots of people and as I said dogs. We will have up 5 labs at our house, did I say they love water and dirt. Most importantly my wife was thrilled with the cleaning he did. Oh one more thing, we are all very sensitive to chemical odors.
