If you are considering this firm, save yourself the time and frustration and look elsewhere. I was…read morea client with Montevideo for three months and the experience was eye-opening in the worst way. First, they love bomb you to get you to sign with them. After you do, they will never again reach out proactively. I initiated every communication and was frequently ignored. Their go-to line is that if you don't hear from them it's because they are busy working on your behalf. This false message is meant to make you stay quiet. Despite my requests to speak with a paralegal or attorney, I never did. All communication was routed through an intake manager, which is a way for them to avoid accountability for the false and misleading information they give you. I received inconsistent and often contradictory information -- particularly around the communication with the insurance company. It became clear over time that the goal was to make me feel like my case had little value so I would be relieved to accept whatever low offer they put in front of me. They drag the process out, prioritizing quantity of cases over quality of representation. Months pass with little communication, bills pile up, and you grow exhausted and desperate. By the time an offer comes, you have been worn down to the point where you will accept whatever they "negotiate". They will not take your case to court -- that takes time and effort that does not fit their model. They told me that if I wanted to pursue a lawsuit with another firm then I should expect to pay upfront for representation. This is false. Personal injury attorneys work on contingency. That statement was either ignorant or intentionally misleading. I fired this firm. If you are hurt and want someone to preserve your rights and best interest, look elsewhere. Hire an attorney who is honest and willing to fight for you.

It's always been an paralegal. All they've had me do is jump through circles and I've never give me clear answers. I cannot recommend the Law Offices of Bart Kaspero highly enough. Bart took over my car accident…read morecase after it had been languishing for nearly two years with another law firm that completely mishandled it. The prior firm caused unnecessary delays, created obstacles, and was even non-responsive when Bart's office requested documents and had questions. Despite that, Bart stepped in, assessed the situation, and completely turned the case around. Not only did the firm successfully handle my case, but they also represented my daughter, who was in the car with me. Managing both cases under those circumstances was not easy, especially given the lack of cooperation from the prior firm--but Bart and his team handled it seamlessly. Both matters were resolved in under three months, with settlements that exceeded my expectations. Martin, Bart's paralegal, truly went above and beyond and was instrumental to the success of our cases. He kept me updated at every stage, followed up relentlessly when obstacles arose, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. His communication, responsiveness, and dedication were exceptional, and he made an incredibly stressful process feel manageable and transparent. This firm succeeded where another failed. Their professionalism, persistence, and results speak for themselves. I trust Bart Kaspero and Martin completely and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who wants a law office that actually delivers. As an attorney myself, I can easily tell who truly works hard and who genuinely fights for their clients. Bart Kaspero and Martin are the real deal. Their professionalism, persistence, and results speak for themselves. I would not recommend anyone else.

Very Intelligent, Strategic, Personable and Compassionate!…read more When my husband and I unfortunately found ourselves in need of an Attorney we called Nathan. The first impression I had of Nathan was the sincerity and compassion in his voice on the phone. This was a situation of our Easement Rights being violated on some acreage that we own. We called Nathan and explained our situation. Nathan believed that he could help us with our situation. I won't say the lawsuit was fun. We spent many days and nights wondering if we were doing the right thing. However, working with Nathan made the experience as bearable as he possibly could. Nathan is very easy to talk to and listens attentively. We loved the fact that we didn't have to deal with going through secretaries. Nathan always responds to his calls himself. If he is in a trial and isn't available, you just leave him a message and he will get back to you as quickly as he can. He will email, text and/or call you. It's different than an attorney's office where you always have to talk to various secretaries and leave a message. Bottom line: We ended up going to Mediation and didn't go to trial. We were so lucky to learn that Nathan had worked in the Orange County Mediation Office as the Head of the Department. He knew how to handle Mediations extremely well. Nathan won the Mediation for us!! The Defendant ended up being required to meet all of our requirements regarding our legal demands. (Easement rights and no road obstruction.) It's over and we are exceedingly grateful to Nathan for all the hard work and effort he put into our case. We highly recommend Nathan Mubashar, Esq!! He is extremely intelligent, very, very strategic, and thinks "way beyond any box," all the while being caring, humorous and professional. Thank you, Nathan for everything! Hugo & Helen.
