Hired Nguyen Law group to help me in regards to family law. My attorney was Neena. Her and team had amazing communication and constantly kept me in the loop with any new developments. Neena Masters was bait and switched to us after retaining Mr Nguyen to represent us in a child custody case. I spoke to Mr Nguyen in length who assured me he would be our Attorney and help us in this serious child custody case. Two days after paying fees and signing retainer Neena Masters called us saying she worked in the same office as Mr. Nguyen and that she could file papers for hearings but that Mr. Nguyen would be there for important trials . This never happened and Neena Masters came to the hearing and did not say even two words in defense of the allegations and false statements that were made she even yelled for minor and grandmother to leave the court room lobby area! She stated leave immediately you can't be here! Neena Masters is not the type of person I would recommend for anyone who is fighting a family law custody case and I wish Mr Nguyen would have represented us and not Neena Masters! After more than a year trying to complete my divorce with an unresponsive attorney, I found Nguyen Law Group online. Amongst several firms that I reached out to, Nguyen Law Group stood out above the rest. First of all, Khoa Nguyen, the founder of the firm, called me back personally after my initial inquiry. He listened to me patiently & gave me a very thorough explanation of his firm and what services and support the could provide me. After thinking about my options over a few days, I called the firm back. I had a some hurdles to clear before moving forward with Khoa's firm. He gave me the space and tools to help me navigate through all the muck and mire. Once I finally was able to proceed with Nguyen Law Group, the firm grabbed my hand and started me on my way. Support staff reached out to me and got me rolling with the necessary documents needed to proceed with the divorce. Although I am still at the start of my divorce, or rather restarting the process, this firm has been nothing but extremely professional and responsive Neena Masters is the principal attorney in charge of my divorce. I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a few days before hearing back from my attorney as per the norm.
