Only knock a star for how expensive their crepes are... almost $20 for a fully loaded one. The portion did justify the price however so come here when you're hungry and not for a quick light dessert after a huge meal. Quick service, prompt preparation of food and served hot. Places can be loud if lotos people are there but most seem to come for the ice cream and leave. We have to try their ice cream next time as it looked amazing. We got the Dubai Chocolate crepe (ofc we did :D) and forget about the $20 for a minute, this thing was really good. Not over the top sweet but bursting with flavors that kept true to what this desert is supposed to be. We stopped by during our visit to Denver for a dessert break and got ice cream for the kids. The ice cream was great, and the waffle cones were excellent--fresh and delicious. I ordered the churros with chocolate and pistachio sauce, and unfortunately it was one of the worst churros experiences I've had. The sauce was overly bitter, and the churros themselves didn't taste like churros at all. We also tried the fresas con cream. It looked beautiful, but the sweet cream tasted off and didn't seem fresh, so we weren't able to finish it. The place itself is very inviting--bright, spacious, and gives off a happy, cheerful vibe. The waffle cones were fresh and tasty, which makes me think their waffles might be good as well. The fruits looked fresh and perfectly prepared. They have so many vegan options, which was such a pleasant surprise, and every flavor tasted incredible. My favorites were the Pistachio and Strawberry which were rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. From the vegan side, the Butterfly Pea and Litchi were amazing. They were unique, floral, and so refreshing. You can really taste the quality in every scoop. The variety here is unreal, and everything feels crafted with care. I was at Ratio Brewing and was craving some ice cream bad. While there was food trucks around I was telling my partner they needed an ice cream shop somewhere and then I saw it. The ICE CREAM sign across the road and the word HEAVEN above it. My prayers were answered lol. I hastily skipped over and found a delightful creamery that specializes in Gelato, Vegan Ice Cream, and Traditional Ice Cream in a wide selection of flavours. It had signs explaining the differences between the three and offered an assortment of baked goods, crepes and cones for your sweet treat and even some fruit for non cream eaters. The price was decent for the area and the space itself was very large and pristine. I loved that they used metal sample spoons instead of disposable and they had a nice patio that welcomed the 4 footed friend. Of course I had to check out the bathroom and while it was just as clean and fresh scented, neither bathroom had a changing table which was why I gave it a 4/5. Been a continuous customer for 7 years. Discovered this company in Avon,CO but under another name, Kiwi International. Talked to the employee and he was such a delight! Gabriel made my experience with his kind generosity. I always order a double. This visit included mascarpone and taro. Texturally smooth and creamy. I find myself a little disappointed by Heaven in Rino compared to the Cherry Creek location. I stopped in over the weekend with a friend from out of town as a part of our ongoing ice cream crawl. It was a little busy, which I expected on a weekend night. The customer service was a bit lacking though, to be honest. One of the people working the shop counter did not have a lot of patience to help us navigate allergies and answer questions. I understand that there was a line on this particular evening, but we were trying to navigate allergens. All we really needed was a run down on how to read the labels for the paletas and ice cream since the labeling was not explicitly clear. This really sullied my experience at this particular location, which is too bad. In addition to the service being an issue, I also found my paleta was freezer-burned. They're not inexpensive either, so to get a freezer-burned pop made me sad. My partner got an Oreo paleta, which is also his norm. It seemed fine, so that was a good thing during this particular trip. Our friend from out of town tried the salted caramel brownie, which she also said was good. I have never been to an ice cream place with so many vegan varieties. I was very happy to have all the options to try. I ended up getting the chocolate made with coconut milk. I had also sampled the coconut sorbet, but I am not a big sorbet fan for the texture. The vegan ice cream was very smooth. I love that they had crepes on the menu as well as coffee drinks. She had pear gelato, coconut, Mascarpone with Pistachios & Peach Sauce, Blueberry Lavender, Mascarpone, and one last one that I think was guava, pineapple and mango mixed together in a gelato. I stole a bite of each one and they were all amazing, and the portion sizes weren't overwhelming or skimpy. I had a chocolate dipped-cone with a classic scoop of chocolate and a scoop of pear gelato. Both were great but the pear was incredible and hit the spot on a hot day. I also sampled the "Heaven" which is Vanilla & Butterfly Pea Flower and was truly heavenly.
