You pick your pastries and order coffee with the person at the register in the cafe area, pay, and then pick up your coffee in the pick-up area near the front entrance (right side). They will offer to hear up your pastry for you, say yes every time. Eva's Bakery is just très charmante. I did get a sticker to take home (ask if you want one!) and apparently they are sister restaurants with "Eva" that is pretty close by. One of the baristas that works here in the morning also works at the Eva's bar at night. Apparently, I was told Eva's Bakery and Eva's is kind of a hidden secret even from the locals. Either you know it or you don't. I love that this spot is in downtown SLC so that I could visit while I was here. It's definitely a place to come back to as much as you can.
