I came to Heaven nails for the first time today. although it seemed every chair was full, they took me immediately which was a definite plus because I didn't make an appointment and didn't feel like waiting. I got a gel manicure which costs $25 (extremely reasonable). they had a TON of colors to choose from so don't be fooled by the little samples they have out. The main brand they carry is Black Swan which is the brand I prefer so YAY! My technician (K.Young) was really nice and handle my indecisiveness better than my own boyfriend does! She was patient and knew what she was doing. I'm extremely satisfied with how neat my manicure came out and will be returning. I heard about their Mon, Tue, Wed $20 mani-pedi and had to come check it out since I usually spend more than this on just a sport pedicure. Yes I'm a man and I beat my feet up running a few miles each day. A good pedicure every now and then makes those runs much easier! They sat me on an electronic massaging chair while my feet soaked in the tub for a few minutes. They started on one foot and did a very very thorough job. My nails were clipped, filed, cuticles fixed up, and buffed. No paint for this man obviously. Then she did a full lower leg and foot massage with an exfoliation scrub. Then came the hot stone massage. I'm telling you this whole experience was AMAZING at the cost of $20. I was all ready to rate the place 5 stars and forgot I still had a manicure remaining. Manicure for me was pretty simple but they still did a great job and were gentle around fixing the hangnails and cuticles. No paint or any crap like that for me :) Everybody has their own opinion, but I'm not sure I agree with most of the low reviews for this place. The service is above and beyond for the price paid. Had a mani/pedi here on a Thursday for $25. It was really, really good. The staff is very nice, welcoming and warm. Rosa did my pedicure and TK did my manicure. They were not in a rush and took their time to ensure that their work was done well. The standard pedicure was awesome with massage, exfoliation and even hot stones included, which is shocking! Yes I'm a man and my feet were banged and needed some TLC before an upcoming beach vacation. A good pedicure every now makes you and your feet feel great! My nails were clipped, filed, cuticles fixed up, and buffed. They tied a plastic bag with some king of purple fluid gathered at the heel of the foot, I guess to help with callus. I'm telling you this whole experience was INCREDIBLE and the cost of a crisp $20 even sweetened the experience. Manicure for me was pretty basic,since I had trimmed them a few days ago, but they still did a great job and were gentle/non judgemental around fixing the hangnails and cuticles. I was in town visiting family and realized I needed a manicure badly. While looking for a cheap location nearby read the reviews for Heaven Nails and decided to check it out. It wasn't busy when I arrived on Tuesday around 11 and it took me a while to choose my color for my toes but as soon as I found my color I was sent to get my pedicure. The pedicure took about 45 minutes and it was wonderful. She was super attentive to all the details and the hot stone massage felt absolutely wonderful. Afterwards I went over to get my manicure with gel and my manicure took about 45 minutes as well but only because Sarah was super attentive to the details. Someone else also helped me pick out the color before getting started. But anyways, her attention to detail was simply amazing and this is the most satisfied I've ever been with my nails. The grand total came out to be $43 and that's less than anywhere in Nashville so I was extremely content. Would highly recommend Heaven Nails and Sarah. Pedicures very good. Love the hot stones they use & the girls who do the pedicures are friendly. As for the few women who have done my color gel, I can not say the same. They argued every time with me when I requested to have my color gel soaked off because I did not want them to drill my nails and thin them out. Two or more of the ladies would gain up on me and tell me no one soaks off color gel. Which was funny because right in front of me is a sign for color gel saying "SOAK OFF". I got a cat eye gel refill done by Rachel and I cannot wait to go back!!! Most places I go to I feel like they aren't as excited or happy to take care of me at their salon but this was a very difference experience. Rachel was super sweet and took extra care of my nails; she took her time with them and made sure they were exactly what I wanted. She showed me some of her design work on instagram and I was blown away I honestly cannot wait to come back to her in a month. She also was talking with me throughout my session too which most nail places I go to they don't really talk much and don't come across as friendly, nor do they seem eager for you to come back to them so this was a very nice change of pace and was so sweet! She very much seemed eager to work with me and design my nails! She also did a very nice shoulder massage while my nails were drying which was a nice touch. I also got a pedicure done too by Maria and it was very relaxing. She even use hot stones?? Which I've never even seen before for a pedicure! Such a shame, this used to be such a great salon! I was one loyal customer coming twice a month until the new owner took over. I've returned here because like so many others, I was really hoping they'd get it together. Sadly though, it's become apparent all the owner cares about is money. So let me start this off by saying I've had several incidents here since it's been under new management. The first incident occurred when I went in for a gel mani. It was busy, so the owner was actually the one to start my nails. This made me grow some respect for her, since usually when I go I just hear her bossing around the other employees or she's in the frikkin pedicure chair having one of her employees do her nails! (That's a whole other issues in itself) so it was clear the owner only wanted to start my nails, not do them but it was busy and she wanted me out as quick as possible so she ended up finishing them, which would have been cool if she did a good job. She left cuts on two fingers, hurt me in the process, didnt even acknowledge it til i said something and i barely got an apology. Kinda funny how you own a nail salon but can't even do nails. Second incident happened on another occasion when the owner brought her dog into the salon. Now normally I love seeing dogs in public! I love seeing dogs in general. However, I just did not think it was appropriate or sanitary to have your dog in a NAIL SALON. Not to mention what if someone happened to be allergic? Not the biggest deal but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. The final and most recent incident happened during my last visit. I hadn't been here in a while, because of my previous experiences so i debated even coming back but i decided to give it a go. Ohhhh silly, silly me. So, if you happen to still be reading this, congrats! I must mention that I work in a Korean Daycare, and I do happen to understand a decent amount. I am by no means fluent, but i know enough. So i go in to get a mani and my eyebrows. Manicure went okay, my one nail was a little messed up but she fixed it up no problem. It was when I went to the eyebrow room where things went south. The young girl, Jessica i think, comes in to do them. She finishes, tells me to look in the mirror and my eyebrows were TWO DIFFERENT SHAPES, not twins, not sisters, not even distant relatives but TWO STRANGERS ON MY FOREHEAD ABOVE MY EYES. not only that but she didn't even clean them up!!! there were still stray hairs everywhere, i seriously could've done a better job at home. I politely ask her to please fix them up and you know what this girl does?? she says okay, walks out of the room, starts screaming to the salon about me saying im annoying and she doesnt want to fix them in korean and by this point the entire salon is staring at me, employees and customers so now i just feel uncomfortable. Another lady, I think Sharon came in and she ended up doing what shoud've been done to begin with. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying for for a service esp when you expect to get a tip, then i expect to get a good job done, the first time. And to top it all off, I'm constantly hearing other customers complain, whether it be about nail shape, them feeling rushed, or even just quality control in general. Another lady that was there was complaining saying that this salon gave her an infection, so do what you want with that. Can safely say I will not be coming back. read more

I only get pedis. I've been here once or twice long time ago. I preferred to go to Tips n More but they didn't have an opening at my desired time, so decided to go here instead. The lady did such a thorough job. My nails came out smooth and glossy. The color lasts forever. At Tips n More, sometimes the finish isn't as smooth and glossy and the color chips after a while. I usually go a few weeks with the polish as I don't get pedicure often. I think it's been about 2-3 weeks and my nails still look good as the first day. I need to redo them because my nails are growing out. I plan to go back to Heaven Nails. Also, they add the paraffin wax treatment for your heels. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the inside looks a bit dingy, but the outcome is fab! read more

I love the pedicures at Heaven Nails. I particularly look for cleanliness and attentiveness to the client. The girls take there time and do a wonderful job with the leg scrubs, and hot rock massages. The parafin heel wax is definitely a plus. My favorite place to go for pedicures. Unfortunately I'm not a huge fan of the manicures. I feel like the lady that did my nails was a bit rough with my cuticles and I'm not crazy for the tools that grind down my natural nails. I wish manicurists would use the more conventional methods instead of electrical tools. It's healthier for the nails so I kind of avoid the manicure. read more

Went there the first time on Aug 2nd and got a full set of tips and a pedicure. The pedicure was really messy and I could have done a better job myself. Another customer even commented on how the paint was all over my cuticles. What was worse was the fact that three of my tips broke off by Aug. 5th. I wasn't doing anything out of the norm. I've been coming here for 3 years but never again after today. It hasn't been the same since the owner left. The time before my last I made an appointment to be with a specific pedicure person and when it came time for my appointment she was not available to take me. This time again, I made an appointment for the same pedicure lady and here's where it all begins. They sit me down with my feet soaking for 25 mins. Someone comes up to me like they're about to do my nails and I tell them I'm supposed to be with someone else. Ann (the person the owner left in charge) tells me that the lady I asked for has a customer. (Yeah me, because I made my appointment yesterday for her at 12!) Ann comes back 5 minutes later and says she's just going to take off my polish, which was fine. But then she proceeded to do my ENTIRE pedicure. So I pointed it out. She starts going back and forth with me telling me the other lady was coming but at this point all I needed was polish. Not as good as far as Covid restrictions. Although they have the plastic partitions which is good, they do not take your temperature and they permit too many people in the shop. When I was there this week there were 10 people in the pedicure area and 10 people having manicures as well as one person in the drying area and one person waiting. l think this is too many people for the size of the shop. I certainly didn't feel comfortable, and much as I like the manicure I get there and like my manicurist, I will not return for the rest of the time that this disease is raging. Today I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure at this salon. I called for an appointment and was able to get there within 15-20 minutes. I was greeted and asked what I was having done and was told to select polish. Although they have a huge selection of polishes, somehow I did not really find a color that I could say knocked me over. I finally selected a pink for my toenails and a sparkle reddish/orange for my gel manicure. These colors were ok but nothing outstanding. I was seated at the pedicure station right away even though the salon had at least 6 or 8 ladies being served at the time. The pedicurist did not introduce herself to me but I was quite pleased with her service. She included a nice hot stone massage after she finished polishing my toes. When she was done with me, I got taken by the manicurist who also did not introduce herself, but was meticulous with her service. After she was done with my nails, she briefly massaged my neck/shoulder area. It was very nice. Though the salon offers a $25 mani/pedi Mon-Wed, they charged $20 extra for the gel service. I felt that if was excessive. Other salons offer a combination of these two for $30. I tipped a little more than 20% to each of the girls and walked away spending a little more than I expected. I'll be checking other salons in the area to see if they offer a better price for the same service. All in all, I would probably return for pedicures in the future. read more

I just left Heaven nails, they painted my nails with A black undercoat smearing it all around my cuticle beds under my nails then proceeded to paint the pink overcoat only down the middle of my nails leaving a black ring around them. When I asked them to fix it they have sanded the black off and then when I asked them to remove the rest of it they got up and walked away and then expect me to pay. I don't know who did the other reviews' nails, but I had two horrible experiences here. I went back the second time because my daughter suggested we give them a second chance. My nails were done by different people both times and each time the manicurist used the cuticle clipper on the skin around my nails, but not on the cuticles themselves. On top of that, the polish chipped off the next day. The second time we went, my daughter had gels, which peeled off two days later. This place must have changed significantly since these other reviews were there. If you see someone in particular whose fantastic, pass it on. Otherwise, I'm never going back here. read more

This nail spot is nestled as close as it could possibly be to 7-11 & Family dollar so it is certainly in the un-Fanciest of shopping centers. BUT the manis and pedis here are absolutely worth the lack of atmosphere. When I arrived it was pretty empty, however, they seemed to be questioning me if I had or hadn't made an appointment. I started my pedicure, which went well. It was good, comparable to other places, nothing special. I proceeded to do my manicure as well since it was only an extra five dollars. The manicure was pretty good, the manicurist was experienced and when she got to painting my nails, she would redo whichever nail had the slightest mistake. The owner or manager didn't charge me the right price but luckily I was paying attention and he corrected it right away. The people were very disorganized and took almost 2 hours to do our nails. She got a gel mani I had to get my tips filled in and painted. Her nails looked like someone threw up on them with color. Mine came out decent but their lengths are all uneven. Their prices are way to high for the job they do. When she was done with my nails she gave me a massage like most places do and it felt like she was ripping my skin off my body and poking me that's exactly what it looked like too bc my friend was laughing. As other reviews stated, the English barrier here results in poor customer service. I called two hours ahead for 2 mani/pedicures. Simple right? No. I arrived at the virtually empty shop and was greeted with blank stares and unnecessary confusion. I requested a particular pedicurist since I know she is the best one there. This seemed to upset the gaggle of girls in the back that proceeded to berate me in Spanish the entire time. I shrugged it off b/c it was my b/f's first time there and he was timid to begin with. I also took note that other customers that filed in later were also disgruntled being there is no one to expedite service. They are unspeakably rude and try to scam you into the nail gel. 2-3 weeks.
