Right from the start, her warm and positive energy set the tone for the entire session -- it's the kind of vibe that instantly puts you at ease. I came in carrying a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, and she worked through it beautifully -- she seemed to know just the right amount of pressure to apply without me having to say a word, while still checking in periodically to make sure I was comfortable. I was disappointed with how mediocre this spa was. As a local business that has been operating for awhile, I was really excited to give this spa a try. Came with my partner for Valentines day and we arrived a few minutes before our appointment (as recommended). The check in/waiting area was clean, and had water bottles for customers. They do not offer couple services ( which I was aware of before I booked) so we went into separate rooms. The room itself was very basic (just a bed and a chair) and the music wasnt relaxing. Since the lyrics were in another language I found it distracting. Instrumentals with no words are what I prefer in a spa. We had a hot stone massage and an aromatherapy massage. My therapist for the aromatherapy unfortunately talked entirely too much trying to upsell future services. We both left thinking the service was just "okay" Our bodies did not feel more relaxed nor restored. I most likely will not return since I've experienced better massages from other establishments. read more

I recently treated myself to a hot stone spa with reflexology treatment on my birthday earlier this month. Ive been to many massage places and just wanted to try somewhere new. I was greeted warmly by the gentleman at the front desk, offered water and taken back to my massage room right at my appt time. My massage therapist was named Laila and she was great. She explained the services I ordered and why massage in general is good for my body. She made me feel very comfortable and has great hands. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will schedule another massage soon. Came here for Spa Week! Got the 50min Swedish massage... very clean little local place that has ravishing reviews. Filled out a form inquiring about minor medical history after which needed to be assessed if I was not contraindicated for a massage which I never had down before. Reassuring! Had to check this day spa out & my masseuse was Samantha who was very professional & kind. She asked me what I wanted to focus on which were knots & a minor new low back stress. Unfortunately being (ticklish) sensitive I couldn't relax much although it would be relaxing for others. I did, however, feel lighter afterwards knowing that the massage (using finger pressure, not much effleurage as I thought) was effective for what my body needed. I have been using this Spa for years and never had a complain, however, today was a total disappointment. After confirming my daughters and my appointment for on Wednesday and receiving a confirmation message on Thursday that we were on for 4/2 at 9am, we get there and they said we called to cancel the appointment. My intuition is telling me that they cancelled our appointment on purpose to accommodate someone they may know. I can't get over the fact that they did not confirm if indeed it was us on the phone who was supposedly was cancelling the appointment that we had done for a specific reason since October of last year. I will never use them again since it seems that anyone can call and say it's you and they do not confirm it. read more

Been looking for a spa in my area, finally found it. Yesterday was my first time had a facial here. My esthetician was Christina, really nice. She took time to question a lot and check on my skin so she could recommended which facial that needed for me. One thing i really like was she explained everything she put on and how it helped for my skin. The interior design was cozy and warm. They don't have parking lot but it's easy to find park on the sideways. Will definitely back and maybe explore more services here. read more

Everything seemed clean and covid-compliant. The massage was good. However, the esthetician did not communicate at all. I'd like to know what she's putting on my skin or what the process is and there was none of that. Went here for the first time today and really enjoyed the experience! I booked a facial with Christina and she was very attentive, thorough, and took the time to ask me a lot of questions and explain everything she was doing and what the benefits were. The whole thing was relaxing and she had a very gentle & soothing touch. They give you a cover up and some sandals to change into and you wait in a "tranquility room" with some delicious fruity water and snacks. One star for massage. I didn't try any of their other services. My massage was more like a lymphatic massage which is a super light touch but I had asked for a Swedish massage. I asked for more pressure during the massage because I understand they sometimes need to know what the person prefers, but she just didn't apply more pressure. I like medium pressure (not deep tissue) and I felt like the lady simply kept gliding her hands up and down without applying any pressure at all. Sad to say, it sucked. My husband and I went for a couples massage and his massage was the same. He likes more deep tissue so he was even more disappointed than I was. Angel, my husband booked it and my son is now 2 so this was over 2 years ago. Sorry but I don't know the names of the two ladies that worked on us. It just wasn't a good massage. I don't tend to leave bad reviews typically but every time I pass by that's all I think about. read more

I had my appointment with June. This petite lady knows how to pack a punch! We spoke for a few minutes prior about what I was looking for. She was awesome!! As I was flippedbover, she asked how everything was. I love Oasys. I have been here a couple of times now and absolutely love it. From the minute you walk-in you can tell that this place runs on love. Angel, the owner, is super friendly, sweet, and makes you feel right at home. The spa itself is immaculately clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There are lockers to place your personal belongings in, as well as a large, comfortable restroom with a shower. The lounge is adorable and very tastefully decorated. My most recent massage was with Kathy who I just fell in love with. She just radiates the most positive and healing energy. I left the spa feeling happy, refreshed, and re-energized.
