She even face-timed with me on the first call!! I told her what I liked, but I ended up trusting her completely on flower choices, containers, etc. I trusted her as to "best available" for the season, and I was very happy. She was much more reasonably priced than others recommended by the venue. I live in the Bay Area, and working with her over the phone and text is a breeze, she's fast, efficient and thorough and is always able to deliver exactly what I need. I always use her, and only her, to send monthly and holiday bouquets to my mom and other relatives in the area. Truly and massively disappointing. Maybe a lack of competition causes flower shops around here to completely overcharge. I picked this up this morning for Mother's Day for $60 cash. The arrangement is tiny and the flowers are obviously wilted including roses that have already blossomed. As I'm picking up the flowers, I'm trying to take it home in time for Mother's Day brunch so all I can do is take it home in embarrassment. Looking at it now, I wish I would have not picked it up at all. I sent a similar arrangement of flowers via picture that I picked up in San Jose during Valentines when flowers are triple the price. I paid $75 for that and The bouquet was bigger and with fresher flowers. Really, really disappointed with my experience. read more
