Upland Location. The girl on the phone was super sweet however the girl at the location is rude and honestly lazy. I got there knowing I would have a very short session and I was okay with that but her attitude in the front when you arrive is extremely disappointing. She made it obvious she didn't want to get up and do the ultrasound. I also would have waited for the next appointment but her attitude made me walk out. I went in last week for a HD live ultrasound but unfortunately babygirl was refusing to move so the ultrasound tech had me do some exercises for a couple minutes & still babygirl was not moving so I was told I had to reschedule & it would be a $15 charge . I came in today & I had a different ultrasound tech named Fernanda. Babygirl was right away facing all back just like the first time & I was fully expecting to do some exercises again & potentially get told I would have to reschedule again, but that was not the case. Fernanda had me moving from side to side & poking at babygirl to get her to move & after a bit she finally did ! I was so happy to see babygirl. My husband & I really appreciated the time & patience Fernanda had with our babygirl. She was very sweet & knowledgeable when we asked questions. Overall experience was 10/10 read more

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with the communication and customer service experience after my most recent appointment. I had ongoing issues accessing my ultrasound photos/videos and attempted to contact the office multiple times for assistance. Unfortunately, I had difficulty getting clear answers, was unable to reach management directly, and experienced phone calls being ended abruptly. As an expecting mother, this experience felt unnecessarily stressful over something that should have been simple to resolve. I hope management improves communication and follow-up for future clients because the experience itself was important and meaningful to our family. read more

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this service. I completed the required form for my appointment, but in order to confirm it, I was asked to provide verbal authorization. If I didn't do that, they cancel the appointment. I am sorry I have a job and busy schedule myself. This process feels unnecessary and overly complicated, and it's left me really dissatisfied with how they handle scheduling. It's disappointing when something so simple becomes such a hassle. And the rep over the phone has no type of sympathy or anything if I didn't want the service why I waste my time or their time scheduling my appointment and filing out a consent form. read more

Horrible experience. It took away the JOY of the family experience. The technician was so rude and lack of compassion. I understand I was a few minutes late because for some reason I couldn't find my car key but I called to let them know and asked if they can still take me or I have to reschedule. I was told it's okay I can still come. We arrived and the technician already has a nasty attitude that we are late. Well, you could have told us that we can't come and need to reschedule. Anyway, we moved on with the scan and she was so rough and making rude comments about how my baby is smaller than she should be for her age. Well, I was just at the hospital 2 days ago where doctors and nurses took measurements of my baby and said everything was measuring at baby's age. Then she was roughly shaking my tummy like she's working on a bread dough. She was pushing hard on the part on the baby's head part to wake her up. I told her it hurts and she didn't even say sorry, she just said she didn't push too hard. I can't imagine having an employee like her that takes away the joy from families of seeing their baby. I would rather drive farther than come back to this establishment. How awful can you be to act so unkind in supposedly a joyful moment for families. My husband couldn't react because our toddler was with us. We were both shocked at how badly it went. Nothing about this experience was ever enjoyable. Lady you ruined it! read more

My husband and I had our first appointment two weeks ago. The office was easy to find and there is plenty of parking in the back. The waiting area is nice and clean. Employees were friendly and welcoming. We actually ended up having to come back two more times as our baby girl was being stubborn and kept covering her face, which prevented the tech from getting good photos. Thankfully we were able to get some photos of her face. The plus side of having to return was being able to see our baby girl and hear her heartbeat more times than we expected. The package we selected included our choice of a stuffed animal with baby's heartbeat. We selected the giraffe and also purchased 2 extra teddy bears so we could gift them to our mom's. I'm glad I found this location so my husband could finally see our baby's ultrasound and hear her heartbeat in person. It's been hard having to go to my prenatal appointments alone due to covid, especially since this is our first baby. This was not what we expected. The office is dirty, disorganized, and has furniture that looks like it's from a yard sale. The receptionist is rude and quickly informs you that they will charge you even if the pictures do not turn out as expected. Although they have a disclaimer, the communication comes with an unwelcome attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place, even if the price were cut in half. read more

I was told I was having a girl, they checked 3x to make sure and we did a gender reveal for the whole family thinking we were going to have a girl. 2 months later the doctor told me my baby was a boy and when my baby was born, the baby was indeed a boy. We had such a great experience with Ruby! My husband and I came in for an 18 week 3D/4D ultrasound. Ruby let us know what we could expect to see at 18 weeks and showed us an example. 3D/4D is recommended after 26 weeks for the best pictures. We were definitely aware of this before coming in, but we appreciate that she sure we knew before paying. She was so nice and informative during our ultrasound. We were able to see our baby moving around a ton and Ruby got great pictures. We also confirmed the gender even though we already knew from our genetic blood test. Overall, this was just so beautiful! A very sweet and intimate experience with just my husband and me. This is our first baby and I'm so glad we did this. I was recommended to heavenly 3-D 40 ultrasounds by a relative. I decided to call ahead and check it out when I booked. It was super easy to answered all my questions and they were really nice. I really love that. I was able to book an appointment at 6 PM since my spouse doesn't get off of work till 4:30. The room is huge. You could have a bunch of people. It is super clean my ultrasound tech. Vanessa at Upland location, was a sweetheart. I enjoyed having her so much she made the experience so much better because she was so nice and explained everything thoroughly and clear. It was all smiles and happy tears I had a great experience and I'm glad I had an amazing Tec. I will recommend 10/10 and I will be back because I enjoyed and loved it so much.!! read more
