24 hour well stocked donut shop...what's not to love? Popped in here about 8pm. The place was clean, well lit, and most importantly well stocked! They had many options: several variations of raised rings and bars, several variations of cake and old fashioned, jelly filled, Bavarian cream filled puffs, turnovers, cinnamon rolls and donut holes. I sampled a maple frosted cinnamon roll, a white frosted/sprinkled raised ring and a cinnamon crunch cake. Picked up a 1/2 dozen this morning. The prices were very good, and the selection was extensive. The quality is amazing!!! Each doughnut is soft and sweet, really tastes fresh (-1) star for the coffee I ordered but never received, the lady wasn't very friendly and when I initially ordered it I could tell she took the coffee order as a burden, and when she didn't include it on our bill, I took it as a sign to stop somewhere else for my coffee craving. But will definitely be back to this 24/7 doughnut establishment. :) read more

I've been going to this location since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Back in those days the building was a Winchell's Donuts. I honestly like that it's a bit run down. I swear some of the finishes are the same as when I was just a little snot. The staff there are usually nice enough. The donuts are donuts. Nothing all that special and I like it that way. I just want a cup of Joe with a gallon of creamer, a Bavarian cream filled, and a plain old fashioned. I picture it like a donuts ying yang with the coffee as the dark circle and the cream as the white. The decadence of the cream filled juxtaposed to the simplicity of the old fashioned. Yeah, pretty cool. It's best if you show up well after the morning rush. If your friendly they sometimes toss in an extra one or two. read more

Rude workers and they will rush you when ordering. Since we normally don't eat donuts, we didn't know what to order. While looking at the available donuts, the rude worker ask what we wanted. We responded, "please give us a moment" seconds later she asked again and this time added how many donuts. No one was even waiting in-line to order, and this rude lady kept rushing to get our order. Before Coronavirus hit, this store was dirty. (Therefore, at this time, the owners may have cleaned up the store.) The floors, walls, tables, chairs, and the glass covering the donuts were all dirty. We never touched anything and since we rarely eat donuts, we did not purchase here often. The younger female cashier called me a rude name in a language that was not English. I know she called me a rude name because I speak the language she spoke. Her behavior was reprehensible and inappropriate. Why would you call your customer a rude name if you are in a service establishment? The older female cashier has been better. The male cashier/cook(?) hurried us when we asked questions about the different types of donuts and hurried us with our order; obviously he had better things to do. The donuts are okay but are nothing special. The jelly fillings are not particularly good, the fruit fritters don't have fruit in them, the other donuts are hit and miss. Our first time here but it definitely won't be our last. We tried the assorted fancy dozen and they were all very good. The dough was soft and tasted very fresh. Not too sweet either, which I loved. Do you ever feel like you're instantly judged as soon as you walk into a place? Yeah. This place does that. Especially when you're suuuuuuper nice and have apologized for miscommunication they're still rude and then not wanting to talk to you afterwards. The family before my boyfriend and I got told "oh I put a free one in there (the box) for you" and then we went and didn't get anything but a nasty attitude and face. Really nice customer service = 0/5 stars. And like the other review said, their jelly filled doughnuts are filed from a tub of jelly you can buy at cash and carry (smartfood services). read more

Very good donuts, but several staff members, including the man who handles the food, refuse to wear masks...so, I am not returning. This used to be my favorite place. I have done a couple of large orders with Heavenly donuts. I have called ahead to make it more convenient for myself and others. Both times I have called ahead and ordered, the order has not been filled until I walked In the door. Yesterday I had to wait for the large order to be filled while the woman behind me had to wait for just one donut. Donuts are usually good but organization of filling orders for customer convenience needs to improve. For large orders I am more likely to go to a different donut shop. read more

If you like eating terrible donuts in a dirty atmosphere then this is your place! When we came in, the girl behind the counter just mumbled a few words that were not recognizable as any language we had heard before... We should have turned around right after we walked in, but we ordered a few donuts since we were there. They weren't just bad -- they were TERRIBLE! I definitely wouldn't get donuts here, I also wouldn't get them to go and if someone brought a box of these to the office I'd make sure they went in the trash before someone ate them. I was excited to try Heavenly Donuts, especially since it's just down the street from my BF's apartment. We rolled in relatively early on a weekend and sad to say that there wasn't that big of a selection as I would have thought. Heavenly looks quite large from the outside and yet through their window, most of what I saw was plain, iced, chocolate, and twists. Where were the old fashioned, nuts, coconuts and jelly-filled ones? I agree with all the other reviews. The doughnuts are okay, but the service sucks! When I walked in, the guy behind the counter was talking to a woman at the counter. To me it did not look like she had bought anything, they were just having a conversation. So there was no greeting, which I am okay with. However, once the woman left, the guy totally ignored me. Decided to stop here for donuts around 7p at night to eat the next morning for breakfast. Would have went to Mountain Bakery, but they were already closed so we figured we would try this place out. We got a few different donuts to try and also donut holes. All of the donut holes were covered in sprinkles which was odd. That night, we split a donut and had a few donut holes and they were not very good. Next morning, the donuts were not very good either. Oh my gosh the fritters are AMAZING. Like hands down the best fritter I've ever eaten. The whole thing is this crisp gooey on the inside apple cinnamon size of your hand way to sweet pile of goodness. They have raspberry blueberry pineapple and I think a few other flavors. The other donuts are so good to!!! I hate donuts that you bite into them and they are dry and get stuck in your throat. Bleh!! Not these donuts.
