What a great neighborhood find! Highly, highly recommend this beautiful business. Jasmine is an absolute sweetheart, super informative about the process of her treatments, and makes the experience a lot more delightful. I booked and appointment and had to reschedule. I could not get through by phone so I was texting owner about rescheduling. When I was finally able to reschedule it was for weeks ahead no confirmation was sent or reminder and when I tried calling again no one answers the phone. I missed appointment and asked owner to reschedule she refused and stated "I need to respect their time" as you can see through her instagram she talks very badly about customers and is not understanding. If you just had surgery of course your going to struggle to get up and go to appointments your body is weak and recovering. I wouldn't recommend this place for someone who has gotten surgery and needs services. Owner has no customer service skills. She sends reminders to customers she likes and discriminates against others. My sister and I will not be returning and I hope you think twice before paying a non refundable deposit to a person who is unwilling to work with you. As Jasmine points out. She has a scheduling reminders however she only sets it up for certain clients. I did not receive any reminders or confirmations. And she has no one working her phones so, you can call and call and no one will answer. How can a client reschedule or cancel in time? Instead of being the bigger person and admitting this mistake Jasmine chose to keep the deposit and give no service to myself or my sister. Be aware she wants to keep your deposit and makes fun of clients on instagram who call to inquire about this. I don't find it funny that women that come to get a service to enhance or feel better about their bodies are being made fun of because they were unable to make an appointment. When many of these women are recovering and May not have as much support as they need. Moreover, things that may come up during this pandemic. You will find customer service to be an important part of being a small business owner and with the attitude you have towards clients not sure you will be for long. Everything is clean and really beautiful. While you wait for your massage therapist in the waiting area, there is hummus and pita. Still and sparking water in the refrigerator and cakes. Also an assortment of teas. All delicious and very impressive. The dryers are horrible. They need more power and should be replaced. I have had massages for 30 years. You generally know if it will be good the minute the massage therapist puts their hands on you. I was excited but so disappointed ten minutes in. I requested a Swedish for an hour. Medium strength. I always wait to see how much pressure the masseuse uses and say lighter or more strength and they always respond immediately. Not today. As soon as she started on my shoulders and back I asked if she would use more pressure. I was told she was 'assessing' me while she applied such little pressure it felt like she was only rubbing oil on me. She literally laughed while she said after the assessment it will be much stronger. Then she added, "believe me". It wasn't. When she started the second side I asked her if she was still assessing. She said no. She added she does not do deep tissue massage. Did I ask the front desk when I made an appt for one. I said no. She said everyone has a different technique in massage. Hers is just horrible. I felt like leaving after she did one arm. She literally applied oil all over me and used such little pressure she could have been massaging a new born baby. $185 for the massage; $33.30 for the gratuity and $7.40 for the spa service charge. If only the massage therapist was as good as the spa was beautiful. I will not be returning.

There's also a common lounge with a lovely view of the greenery outside. The common lounge also has snacks laid out although they weren't there early in the morning (before 10). Staff seems a bit lacking though. A large group had left the lounge when I got there and there were plates and towels/blankets and whatnot strewn about and no one had tidied up even when I left about 45 minutes later. I had the massage service and that was nice. The masseuse was nice and checked in a couple times to make sure I was ok with the pressure. On my way out they also gave me a little goody bag with some of their skincare samples.

I used to get facials regularly at a different spa and was paying much more for mediocre results. Although that spa is part of a franchise, I found that behind all of the marketing materials and fancy decorating, their services were just okay and felt rushed. I found Heavenly Face and Body through Yelp and let me tell you...I am sold!! HFB has a more personal touch. The experience was wonderful, relaxing, and my skin is refreshed and glowing. Jasmine is knowledgeable and gives great explanations of each product and techniques she uses. She examined my skin condition and customized a regime that I feel comfortable with. As a business professional, it is nice to find someone who can accommodate my hours as well as provide a private and comfortable environment. Looking forward to my next appointment. I loveeeee coming to Jasmine for my facials. She's an amazing esthetician and her spa room is set up so nicely. She goes above and beyond for me and always makes sure I'm comfortable with whatever she's doing. My skin has improved so much after just 2 facials. I will only be coming to her from now on. I went to HPN on Sunday where I had seen Julissa and as well at the spa, and I was upset to hear the reason she left. A female in a yellow vest told me she left due to Sexual harassment by her boss.
