I have tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response from anyone that works here. Maybe they are now closed for business?

I was a member for months. Unfortunately, another company took over, everyone was let go, and the…read moreservices went downhill from there. I requested treatments at the desk, by phone and over email. They said they didn't know how to book them or perform them as all of the staff was new. I was paying $200 a month and more for products, treatments, and services. It is not worth it. While I was here almost daily, I saw other complaints and issues arise with other clients. Do not come here. I had been coming here for over 20 years. After their management changed, the location went downhill quickly. I go to another local spa that is much better. With all of the spas in the area, I recommend going to any of the other ones.

I've been here twice and have enjoyed it but always room for improvements!…read more Pros: you have access to amenities all day including indoor pool, lounge area, sauna, steam room, showers. The massages are lovely! Both times I have gone my massage therapists have been amazing and I walk away fully relaxed! Cons: Towels in the women's bathroom are no where to be found. You have one in your locker (hopefully) and that's it! They don't have a rack of towels anywhere. Hooks are equally hard to come by. There is no place to hang your robe or clothes while you are in the showers or sauna. The quiet lounge area isn't that quiet. It's small and some don't really abide by the whisper zone. Overall, I would recommend as a local spot for an upgraded winter relaxation day!

I should give the Spa 2 stars because it is so beautiful but I just cannot…read more The spa itself is gorgeous. We used the steam room after the massage (and showers). Everything is clean and really beautiful. While you wait for your massage therapist in the waiting area, there is hummus and pita. Still and sparking water in the refrigerator and cakes. Also an assortment of teas. All delicious and very impressive. The dryers are horrible. They need more power and should be replaced. I have had massages for 30 years. You generally know if it will be good the minute the massage therapist puts their hands on you. I was excited but so disappointed ten minutes in. I requested a Swedish for an hour. Medium strength. I always wait to see how much pressure the masseuse uses and say lighter or more strength and they always respond immediately. Not today. As soon as she started on my shoulders and back I asked if she would use more pressure. I was told she was 'assessing' me while she applied such little pressure it felt like she was only rubbing oil on me. She literally laughed while she said after the assessment it will be much stronger. Then she added, "believe me". It wasn't. When she started the second side I asked her if she was still assessing. She said no. She added she does not do deep tissue massage. Did I ask the front desk when I made an appt for one. I said no. She said everyone has a different technique in massage. Hers is just horrible. I felt like leaving after she did one arm. She literally applied oil all over me and used such little pressure she could have been massaging a new born baby. $185 for the massage; $33.30 for the gratuity and $7.40 for the spa service charge. If only the massage therapist was as good as the spa was beautiful. I will not be returning.

The facilities at this spa are pretty nice. There are male and female locker rooms and there was…read morealso a separate quite lounge on the women's side (I'm assuming it's the same on the mens?). There's also a common lounge with a lovely view of the greenery outside. The common lounge also has snacks laid out although they weren't there early in the morning (before 10). Staff seems a bit lacking though. A large group had left the lounge when I got there and there were plates and towels/blankets and whatnot strewn about and no one had tidied up even when I left about 45 minutes later. I had the massage service and that was nice. The masseuse was nice and checked in a couple times to make sure I was ok with the pressure. On my way out they also gave me a little goody bag with some of their skincare samples.
