Oh my what a TERRIBLE experience! Walked in & asked how much $$ for 1/2 hour or hour foot massage & was told $40 for 1/2 hour & $60 for full hour. Walked back in 10 minutes later with my mom & requested 2 one hour foot massages & was told with phone translator that they were too busy & come back tmrw. The place was completely empty. I've been here twice and plan to go again whenever needed, I believe Lisa was the girl who tended to me and she did an amazing job, I mean for a straight hour of applying a deep tissue massage, kudos to her for not taking no break was, a little rough, but I was totally knotted up and initially when I left I was like Damn.... DO NOT GO! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I've visited this spa 3x now. The 1st visit, I enjoyed very much and I was so relaxed and the massage was great and the prices were great. I was so excited to come back but the 2nd visit was HORRIBLE! I made sure to make an appointment and I arrived 10-15 mins early. When I arrived, a lady who didn't speak english kept telling me they were very busy but I had to tell her I had an appointment and I was happy to wait until my appointment time. They took me on time and still made me wait 5-10 mins before the massage started, which was completely fine. However, when the massage started, the therapist kept the light open and covered my head with a towel and then she kept leaving the room to assist other customers (leaving me for atleast 3-5 mins each time) and then other therapists kept entering the room where I was getting a massage and they didn't close the curtain so my body was exposed to anyone who passed by. Then the therapist's phone kept getting notifications and she even answered a call in the middle of the massage. It was so bad and I was so upset. But I gave it another chance because it might just be an off day or very busy day. So the 3rd time, I came with my husband, and we got scheduled for a couple's massage for 60mins. We came 10mins early and were escorted in a room then a lady comes in and said that we will be delayed 20mins because a customer was late. So we were fine to wait then she comes back 10 mins later and said that they'll start my massage and another therapist will come 20mins later for my husband. We agreed and were fine. After maybe 20-25mins, my husband massage gets started and they did "four hands" massage for him. They kept talking during the whole massage and one of the therapist's phone kept getting notifications and even another call! We finished the massage and my husband (who started 20mins late) finished the same time as me! Then they charged us 130$ even though in their price list it's only 120$ and they said because they gave us deep tissue massage (which we didn't ask for and no one asked if we wanted it like that). Then after that, they kept asking for tips! Then they text me trying to guilt trip me (I'll attach the screenshots - blurring out the number). While waiting to get my car serviced at a local dealership I got a 75minute massage from CiCi. She was excellent. Very communicative as this was my first time here. She frequently checked in to make sure the pressure was to my liking, and when I asked for her to spend a bit more time on my head and neck she really understood that I probably had a headache (which I did). Cici knew how to apply her craft with professionalism and hospitality. She earned every bit of her 40% tip. The ambience of the business was very relaxing and was extremely clean including the bathroom.All of the staff that I interacted with were courteous and welcoming. I confirmed an appointment date and time over the phone days in advance; when I get there a lady comes to the door and says "busy busy busy" over and over again. I explained to her I made an appointment and then she goes back to speak with a lady whom I assume is working on someone. She then comes back out and says it's a 2 hour wait, hands me a business card and just stares at me. This was so weird, I don't suggest this place at all. This place is scam. As another yelp review has stated, they charge you for an hour and offer you a 30 minute foot massage. They have two people massage your toes. One for each toe. Then they tell you its better for you so you have more time to go "shopping" This place is super weird and awkward as well. If i pay for one hour, i expect one hour! (Never experienced this before) Also the owner tells you one price on the phone and another price in person. Bait and switch. After you leave and give a $15 tip she sarcastically laughs and says $15 tip for two people? meaning its too low. Her staff didn't even deserve that as the massage sucked and they were literally rubbing oil on your toes, no pressure at all... Never again. I've been here atleast 3x already the first two were alright got a nice massage but everytime I go with my in law there's some sort of price change so we end up paying more than what the Groupon says. So now it's my 3rd time here and the price goes from $45 to $68 plus a tip. Unfortunately we're both stay at home moms and don't have much income. Once we were finish with the massage it's like they all went to the desk and stood there to pressure us for a bigger tip mind you we already paid more then what we expected. Now to the massage, I'm not sure which girl I had but she was being SOOO rough with me. I can say I'm less tense but I'm definitely more sore now. She was rubbing my shoulder blades, neck, and head so hard I honestly wanted to cry and now when I lay down my entire back hurts like hell. Everytime we go we never see much people at all like ever.. so it's starting to feel like these people are just money hungry hence changing the price everytime we go + pushing hard for a bigger tip.
