I called several of them, but when I spoke with Jon Searles, I knew I had found the place we should use. My sister and I live out of town so we had to be confident with the company we selected. Jon has so much knowledge in this industry, and he truly cares about his clients. He was always very caring and kind when speaking with my Mother about her care and explained everything very thoroughly. He always went out of his way to make sure we received the quality of care my Mother deserved. All of the staff at Right at Home were so professional and kind. On Monday, I found out that I no longer had an aid. Since I have cancer, this was a problem. 3. I finally found who to contact on my insurance, and they called Girling on Friday, to switch me over. Girling told them, they no longer had any workers available. Mind you. Their worker was volunteering her time to help me get the insurance company to fax Girling. They lied. They lied to the insurance worker, they lied to me, they lied to their employee. The woman's name is Angie who lied to me. I wouldn't recommend them. Any company that lies to their customer, their workers, and the insurance company, is not really out to do good business.

After we started to move in, we found the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned out and dishes from the previous owner were still in some of them. The dust and cobwebs on the walls and ceiling were a specific item I requested to be cleaned and they were not touched. The bathroom showers still had not been cleaned. The carpets were supposed to be steam cleaned but the small machine they used did no good. They didn't even vacuum up after using the steam cleaner. I'm extremely disappointed with the work they did and cannot recommend them to anyone. Rating would be 0 stars but it won't let me do 0.

I normally would not have posted anything about this cleaning but after the response from the owner…read moreI decided to go ahead as they wanted "pictures" as the "discrepancy" (it areas that were missed). I would have given them an average/3 had it not been for their responses over text. Similarly, I had told them ahead of time I would be waiting to pay the electronic bill until after the day of the service. They also sent the invoice for incorrect charges twice before the correct one. So for me the end of my work day is 7pm - however, today after the service was completed they responded that the bill would be due at 5pm (and this had never been communicated before). I always check the service before paying so would not have agreed to that stipulation. This part is all business logistics things though and I'm sure something that could be easily fixed and not a deterrent for future customers.
