They offered an apology and started to provide names of other services I could book with - all while my pooch was suffering. I declined since I can also Google companies - that's how I found them. So far, 6 days later, and I have yet to receive a refund for a service they couldn't provide. At least the other company we used had some empathy and waited until after the appointment to charge me. Do NOT use this company unless you call and verify thy have a licensed vet in your area capable of following through.

From the moment they arrived, they treated Oliver -- and me -- with such compassion and respect. They explained each step with care and gave us all the time we needed. Oliver passed calmly, at home, in his favorite spot, surrounded by love. I'm deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism. We didn't want her last hours to be spent that way. Dr Sio from Home with Dignity was wonderful. She explained everything in detail and gave us all the time we needed. I was able to hold our kitty throughout so she never had to be anywhere but in the arms of someone who loved her. We opted to have Dr Sio take her to the crematory and she provided a sweet blanket for swaddling and a suitably sized pet bed to lay her in. I would highly recommend her and this organization.
