When our 15 year old inside tabby passed we did not hesitate to use their services again. We had Dr M.G. McReynolds (who I had used back in the 00s) come for an in-home visit and she handled the transport of our baby to Heavenly Paws. We were able to order memorial urn vase, necklace charm, and fur clipping which I had picked out in advance on their website. Lenee was super professional and compassionate. I am grateful for the options of paying more for a Sunday appointment so I can get my cat in good hands and not have to call out sick for work tomorrow. I had text messages to me encouraging me to come to the counseling sessions and very warm messages asking if there was anything they could do further. It really felt like family was checking up and helping you versus a business taking your money and delivering a service and it's done. The counseling service and session they provided was great and needed. I got to talk to other pet parents that had to do the same things as I in giving my pet relief and I've been given some sort of peace of mind at this time seeing what others have gone through as well. She explained all the details to us and gave us our final moments with our doggie. We had her back within three hours.
