There's always an issue. They overcharge or don't groom my girl to my expectations and I leave disappointed with my girl being stressed beyond belief!! My girl Nemo, is NOT a huge fan of being groomed and wiggles and talks much more then other dogs. Big name stores have always made it seem like grooming her was an inconvenience. Samantha is attentive, patient, and gentle with Nemo and takes her time to work at a pace comfortable for my girl! When I pick Nemo up, she's excited as can be to see me, but she's not stressed out from being at the groomers like she was previously!! The owner knew that she couldn't take care of her but Heather was more excited than ever to keep her. She kept me informed as she went with my Sparky and knew what a sweet dog he is. Her grooming business is in her home which makes it even more inviting! I cannot wait to take Sparky back there again. In fact I took our other dog in to see Sparky because she missed him and Heather excepted her as if she was her own. She only takes small dogs and I like that about her. I was a bit nervous to see what groomers were out there, but I saw that this place had excellent reviews and in this case, it was an emergency I had found a tick on my dog and wanted to make sure that we took precautions got him groomed and treated. I called the puppy parlor and right away. They booked me for the first availability that they had the same day. It was a miracle and I was so grateful to be able to get a spot. They were very professional and thorough. They asked me questions about the dog. If I had any concerns, they listed the pricing over the phone of their services so I had an idea before walking in once I got off the phone they sent me a confirmation text and a form to fill out that was super easy to do any additional questions that I had the team was on and super quick to respond and pass along any messages I have for the groomer. When I got to the location to drop off Jack, they were very friendly super quick with checking us in the groomer came out and she was amazing. She made sure to introduce herself to Jack. She went over any concerns that I had or that she has regarding the grooming, great communication skills overall, and I'd love that she made sure that my dog felt safe with her before she took him. She even got to ground-level to introduce herself once I dropped off Jack. They let me know that they would call me and then I can go pick them up. They sent me a text once he was ready and I went to go pick up Jack once I got inside they immediately brought him out and he looked amazing. He was clean. He was happy which is overall the best thing that I can expect he didn't seem scared or skittish he seemed confident and a happy pup. The grooming came out. Perfect he smelled amazing his nails and everything was done perfect perfectly. I am thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be coming back for our regular grooming.
