Crust seems like they press dough into a pan with a bit of lip to it. Gives a nice corner crunch on the dough. Which was a tad yeasty but not in an obnoxious way. Sauce was thick, flavorful and had a nice thick cheese layer that was topped with brown tips. Well cooked, decent slice. read more

Heavenly Pizza is very close to where we live. We have wanted to try them out. We ordered a takeout pizza yesterday. My first impression when picking the pizza up was that their place needs a good cleaning. It was about 5:30p. Their small dining room was in desperate need of either a broom or vacuum. Underneath each table was paper, crumbs and who knows what. My 2nd impression was that every single employee looked unhappy. If I had been coming to eat in, I would have turned around and left. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza. The pizza was good, without anything being special. The crust was done well. The toppings were minimal compared to most pizzas we have gotten. And we eat a lot of pizza. My recommendation is that until cleanliness becomes a priority, look elsewhere. read more

Quite upset. Been ordering since they opened, this customer sat for two hours while driver after driver was assigned to deliver ours only for a supervisor at Door Dash said there was a mistake and my order has to be remade and will be delivered . So half hours later email says the order is canceled. I tried the next day to talk to Heavenly, was put on hold and after I am convinced my CALLER ID made them 'avoid a conversation ', I hung up after 9-10 minutes waiting. Will I try them again? Only if I sit in their lobby and take it home myself. Hiring outside help did not help this household. and if they are chronically busy to be forced to cancel orders....expand. Heavenly Pizza 12-11-24 Arrived on Tuesday about 4:23. The place was neat and clean, but it seems so dark in there even the menu was black. They were dealing with a lot of take outs at the front counter, but Brianna sat us quickly. We ordered the special Pizza which is a 16-inch Cheese Pizza for 10.99 any Monday or Tuesday 2.00 for any extras on it. We got extra topping of Peperoni for on it. We also ordered a Salad, Garlic Bread, and Italian Sub. Our Salad came out with our Garlic Bread, and all was good. Garlic Bread was very tasty, and the Salad was fresh. Our Pizza and sub came out a short time later. The Pizza was good and hot. Crust was good and the bottom was brown not burnt. All ingredients were good on this Pizza and Brianna came back to check on us and refill drinks a bunch of times. Our friend stated the Sub was good and all was fresh on it. You can't beat the special price for this Pizza. If your hungry for Pizza stop by on Monday or Tuesday for the special or the rest of the week for their other specials. Been doing Heavenly pizza for 11 years. Always loved and recommend it. Loved the delivery. Lately it don't seem the same..I'll have to see then and ask why. I still like it but not as well as in the past. Delivery was good.pizza hot but the amount of stuff on the pizza is not the same. Next time instead of the heavenly I will order the great eight . Now that I can't get out I have it delivered. I looked at a older pizza picture andī now and see a big difference. On our recent visit to Cape Coral it was recommended we visit Heavenly Pizza, so one week night we made our way over to give them a try! A little small pizza spot in a strip mall that was definitely worth the visit, but could be easily missed if you're not looking for it! We were seated within a few minutes of arriving on what seemed to be a busy weeknight. We started with an order of the Pepperoni poppers and Jalapeño Poppers. These both were soooooo good! Flaky dough balls with cheese and pepperoni and cheese and jalapeños with a side of marinara to dip! I think a third option of these would be great with a combination of jalapeños and pepperoni all in one! For my main, I chose the Fantastic Five 8" pizza. A combination of Pepperoni, Sausage, Hamburger, Ham, and Bacon. This was the perfect personal sized pizza as we all ordered this size! The pizza itself was pretty good, a nice crispy crust with the perfect amount of sauce and cheese and toppings! The service was a little on the slow side as I think we waited close to 20 minutes for the apps and another 30 or so for the pizzas, but it wasn't enough to ruin the meal. I was recommended this place while in town and it definitely lived up to the recommendation! It was a small local place and because it was small and packed we did have to wait a few minutes for a table. Once seated we ordered drinks and appetizers. The appetizers were definitely a hit with my family! The jalapeño poppers were pretty spicy but very good. The poppers were cheese jalapeño and bread with marina sauce for dipping. I preferred the pepperoni poppers which were the same but with pepperoni. I'd definitely recommend getting these if you come in. They were perfectly cheese and delicious. For my entree I got an 8" great eight pizza but without olives. It was cooked perfectly with a crispy crust and lots of yummy toppings. The marina sauce they used tasted good and fresh so that took things up a notch. read more

Gather round, citizens of the internet, while I tell the tale of my Sunday lunch experience at a dying restaurant. I stopped in to Heavenly Pizza with my parents, intending to have a quick lunch before catching a movie at the nearby theater. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, a meatball sub, and soft drinks. At the time we arrived, there were 3 tables being served. Our drinks were served quickly by our diligent server who was somehow (divine intervention perhaps?) supposed to work the service counter and all the house tables on her own. 4 more tables were seated after we arrived. 45 minutes in, the first of 2 nearby tables seated before us were served part of their order. The second table followed - again only receiving part of their order. Shortly thereafter, the second table seated after our arrival was served their order (medium pizza). At that point, I asked our server if we would be served by 2:10 (an hour and 15 min after we arrived) as we had pre-purchased movie tickets and our showtime was at 2:15. She said would check with the kitchen and apologized, and returned a few minutes later with part of our order (the sub). Promptly at 2:10, the 3rd table seated after our arrival was served another medium pizza. At that point, I followed the server back to the service counter to pay for what we were served and left. Clearly the kitchen had no grasp on what orders were completed and not, and they had no capacity to quickly resolve the problem. I worked in the hospitality industry for just shy of a decade, ending my career in guest experience management at a destination hotel with 2 full service restaurants. What I saw during my visit is indicative of owners/management who are out of touch with their own business and have no regard for their patrons or staff. That poor waitress was clearly stressed to her limit and (God bless her) was doing her best, but she was totally left to her own devices without any help. Any restaurateur who does this to their staff well deserves to be put out of business, and judging by the cadre of unhappy patrons I'm sure that is on the horizon. Unfortunate turn of events for what used to be a great mom-and-pop pizza joint. read more
