I have a unlimited membership to Mister Carwash but there was not one close. Glad we chose this place we chose the MVP wash and my Escalade looks amazing. Love the free windex and air freshener. They also supply microfiber towels for use abs great vacuums. If we travel here again will be going here for the wash. read more

Horrible car wash spent $8000 on new wheels scratched my chrome wheels with the pulley system. They said they reviewed the cameras and it wasn't their fault. Obviously my truck was jumping the whole time on the pulley system and they would not cover my wheels only had them for two days. Do not recommend if you love your vehicle to take your car here or truck horrible service even more horrible watching experience they will not pay for anything that's messed up on your car. I was just hung up on by Matt from claims, who before hanging up on me, because I was trying to explain what I was told onsite and had questions on how he was so certain they aren't at fault, informed me the cameras weren't pointing to the middle of the car wash, where my vehicle was hit from behind, cameras were only pointed to the entrance and exit. Matt also informed me that the track can malfunction, and stop pushing vehicles forward . The car wash employee onsite, Jason Blakeley, told me he didn't know what happened, including if the track malfunctioned. But now, Matt is telling me, with no video evidence, the manager told him the track didn't malfunction. Mind you he's already told me that the track can malfunction and stop pushing cars forward. On 2/19/24 I purchased a monthly pass and proceeded to the car wash for my first time use ever. I put the car in neutral, let go of the wheel, and let the track take over. Half way through the track stopped pushing my vehicle, and at this point I was rear ended by the vehicle behind me. They had me put the car in drive and pull out towards the end. I was directed out of the was by employee, Jason Blakeley. I rolled down my window and asked if I got hit from behind. At that time Jason Blakeley informed me I didn't. It wasn't till I told him it sure felt like it, did he go check. Jason Blakeley Came to my window and told me yes, but it wasn't nothing really, as if I were to just forget about the incident and move on. Now I get a call from Matt stating, the managers claimed there was no malfunction. After Matt telling me they have no video footage of the incident and that the tracks can malfunction and stop pushing vehicles forward. Matt informs me he can give any evidence to my insurance company to make a claim with them. Which would in the long run drive my insurance cost up. If you read through the commits, you'll find multiple reviews just like mine. Club car wash are crooks who will not take any responsibility for their failed equipment. I noticed club car wash likes to reply to these reviews as if they actually care and are going to actually help. Matt from claims has already informed me there is nothing they will do to help besides send what little info they have to my insurance so I can proceed to start a claim under my own insurance. There's no need to act like yall care and reply to this review. It's evident yall are only about lying and deceiving. I would go as far as to say yall have video of the middle of the track where I was hit but refuse to release it. On top of what I've experienced, when I left, with half a wash, because the worker had me drive to the end after being rear ended, customer service told me I entered at my own risk, and I would not receive a refund. She told me I could still go back and go through a second time, then proceeded to hang up on me. Which seems to be what they do instead of actually providing actual customer service. read more

I really, really wanted to like this place. The people are nice. I have the VIP membership and pay $40 a month for unlimited car washes. One thing I started noticing is little scratches on my car after I came out the car wash. I also have to always wipe off whatever gooey chemicals they use it gets stuck on the very bottom of my car. I dry it after every wash. I do go often sometimes twice a week. I notice that my car is getting stained from whatever chemicals they use. It looks like water stains. I take super good care of my car so I'm pretty annoyed with these issues. Another thing is they let your cars in way too close to each other. I always wait a little while for the car in front of me and I ask them to give some space for the car behind me. They usually don't mind. They do power wash the plastic floor mats if you ask. I like that they have towels to dry the car, car freshener and window cleaner. I do like that they are open late. I'm just noticing my car is getting damaged so I'm probably going to have to get a good detail and wax and start doing my car wash at home. read more

Do not sign up for the membership. Shady business. Terrible customer service. They give you the impression that you are signing up for three months for that specific price but it recharges every month. When you try to cancel they give you the line about requiring seven business days and then they charge you for another month. They have left multiple scratches on my car and done irreparable damage to the grill guard, almost ripping it off. read more

I have had my membership for more than a year. I even have a 2nd car on the membership. Tonight was the second time I had my car hit while in the wash bay. The first time a lady who was supposed to be in neutral took her foot off the brake and rear ended me. This time a big truck who was going through the wash had a ratchet strap in the bed of his truck. There were 2 employees who both inspected his bed and let him go though. That strap got wrapped up in a roller. His truck was stuck. My SUV kept going and kept rear ending the guy. The wash stops. Guy comes over and goes, "was that you?" I tell him, "No, it's the fool with the ratchet strap wrapped around the brush." He goes, "Oh crap." The let us leave and mentioned we could go through again. Again? After this was the 2nd time my car has been hit. The first time their security cameras mysterious were off. I go in and talk to the on call manager, who did NOTHING for me. She never even took an accident report like they did the first time. She gave me corporate number and told me to call them. NEVER again. If you are considering going to his place, do not waste your time or your money. You are going to get your vehicle damaged and they will claim it was not their fault. Don't sign up for the membership. My car was wreck and totaled out by insurance. I canceled my membership and some how I kept getting charged for it. When I called to let them know about getting charged for another 6 months. I was told a supervisor had to look into it and I would get a call back. It has been about a month now and I have called a couple of times. No supervisor has called me or have I gotten a refund. I sent the insurance information showing the car was totaled. Yet still no refund or call back. avoid the membership and car wash at all cost. It's not worth the headache. read more

Club car wash is now using chemicals on the front end instead of a brush. These chemicals are harsh and strip the paint off rims and front marker lenses. It makes them look like acid was poured on them. read more

Line was really long but I got in after just a short 5 minute wait the car wash was nice, the lights ,soap,and scents all worked well. The blowers are really powerful but make your car almost completely dry ! They also have towels , windex, and scents . I got the elite wash . read more

I came to Club with my Super Muddy Truck one day, one of the Sales Consultants was able to help me decide what kind of wash I should've gotten, She was very cooperative, very respectful, and very direct with what came on the packages they offer, great information that I bought a Membership, they two or three men in the back they were very cooperative as well, waved and smiled, amazing teamwork in the back, made my truck look brand new, towels and bottles were being filled and refilled, the vacuums were working perfectly fine, overall great service, amazing cooperation and teamwork, would definitely recommend if you're new and looking for a good reliable and decent car wash :) read more

Our suburban was filthy from living on a dirt road. The line was long but moving fast. When we were up, the guys really took time to get all the dried mud off the step rails, back hatch and wheel wells, even stopping the line progress to really get the dirt off. I saw the tip sign and gave them a $5 bill. They continued to hold the line for us as they pretty much got every speck of dried mud off. When we came out the other side, it looked perfect. Best job that place had ever done. Those kids did an excellent job. I'm highly impressed and can't understand why this place has only 2 stars. read more

horrible customer service, my membership had expired but I wasn't aware so they sent me through the gate but I couldn't exit because the exit was blocked with cones. so I ended up entering the car wash.... and the manager made five cars behind me back up so that I could reverse instead of sending me through the car wash they could've sent me through the car wash with it off or even just plain water or anything to have a smoother experience for myself and the other paying customers behind me. and I would've stayed a customer with them if they handled it with more class. but after that but are no longer going to receive my business and I do not recommend this place. i liked this place before they changed owners. read more

I would give zero starts if possible. Spent 20 minutes in line while at least 8 people ran back and forth looking like they had no clue what was going on. Prices have increased significantly. Definitely not worth a membership if you are looking to get one. read more
