Solid, Convenient Car Wash With a Few Quirks We've been going to Suds Deluxe in Kyle for a while now, and overall it's been a pretty solid experience. One of the biggest perks is everything they offer after the wash: free vacuums with two different attachments (and actual strong suction), an air sprayer, window cleaner, fragrance spray, leather cleaner, and plenty of towels to wipe your car down. For the price, that setup alone makes it worth coming here. The wash itself usually does a good job, but recently we've noticed the back of our car doesn't always come out fully clean. It wipes off easily, so it's not a huge deal, and they clearly stand behind their service since they have a sign saying you can go through again if you're not satisfied. We haven't actually tested that yet, but I'm pretty confident they'd honor it. One thing I wish they'd improve is the pre-wash wipe-down. The staff tends to focus mostly on the driver's side, and honestly, the front and back are usually the spots that need the most love. Getting both sides, or at least the tougher areas, would make a noticeable difference (hence the mention of the back being dirty). We do have a membership, and if you go at least twice a month, it definitely pays for itself. Weekdays are usually quiet, but weekends get busy. I think they've updated their membership pricing and what each tier includes, because we're on the second-from-the-top plan and once noticed our tire wash didn't activate, probably just a temporary outage, because it worked fine the next visit. Overall, it's a convenient, good-quality wash with solid value. Canceling is easy too, you can do it through text, which is a nice touch. The only lingering question I have: can we get another air freshener at some point, or is that just a first-time sign-up perk? read more

Ran our truck through on a Sunday paid $15. It was completely packed with people washing their cars. For $15 the truck was not clean. There were streaks of dirt all the way down. The car wash did not seem to work effectively plus it did not air dry. As I said, it was too busy so we did not try and go through again as the line was 12 or more cars deep on both lines. Return the following Tuesday and ran our car through. Same results $15, streaks of dirt down the car. The dryer did come on and the car was dry but the dirt was now dried on my car. Not sure what's happened. This used to be a good car wash, but I cannot recommend it anymore . read more

I bring in my car twice a week because I have a monthly membership. Worth it for the price. I am normally in and out in about 20 minutes. I like that there are always plenty of towels to dry the car and windows off and that they have a leather conditioner to shine my seats. Only draw back is that sometimes customers don't read the membership lane and you end up waiting behind someone who is paying for a one time wash. Adds some wait time but hard to avoid. read more

The San Marcos location on Wonderworld Drive did damage to both of our same model cars in the exact same spot but refused to take responsibility. They deny their car wash did it, even though we have proof. read more

Apparently suds deluxe thinks that the car wash ripping the mirror off your car is considered normal operations and not a malfunction! *Also if your car is over 7 years old they will not repair it even if they are at fault!* Knowing this- WHY WOULD ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY? When Mimi and I sat foot in this car wash, we were immediately greeted by the CRV. They immediately started getting to work and immediately our car started to get washed. We came out of the car wash sparkly. It looked like a brand new car. I didn't clean and I just couldn't believe my eyes. The sun was beaming off of it. Sparkling and I almost got blinded with how beautiful my car was. But then I did get blinded and I immediately was rushed to the hospital by the CRV. At the car wash... workin' at the car wash, girl.... Ok songs aside Suds recently opened up and I finally got around to getting my vehicle cleaned. Conveniently located next to QuickTrip in front of Home Depot off of I-35 the accessibility is fast and well planned out. The prices are easy to see and figure out while the payment is easy as a swipe of the card. Now I think I picked the wrong day for getting my car washed as everyone else had the same idea. The line took forever as there was some issue ahead of me. It took me 30 minutes to get through the line. I cleaned the inside of my car at home but if you need to vacuum they're included in the price and the stalls are plentiful. When I got home I noticed a little dirt on the side. No problem as I wiped it off however as I walked around my Dodge Durango was sobbing to me as she had a horrible shower. Half of the back of my truck wasn't even touched thus a line of dirt. While I don't hold them completely accountable as rims are hard, mine looked worse than when I brought it as there were streaks of brush strokes. My chrome accents looked as if they had a three year old run a snot laden finger across them. While Suds say if you're not completely satisfied you can come back the results were so bad I'm not going back. For the competition with car washes out there I'll try others before ever considering coming back. Overall I was extremely disappointed in the quality and speed of the wash. Had memberships off and on. Everyone there is nice and helpful and get good car washes. But the prices keep going up and it's very hard to cancel memberships. You email them and you have to go onto a site and then you never hear back and keep getting billed. I didn't get refunded so off for good now. read more

I would recommend against using this company, they make it very difficult to cancel your service. I canceled three times and it still did not get canceled until I went into the office after they charged me again. This is hands down the best car wash in the area! It's quick, convenient, and my car always comes out super clean and shiny. I love all of the free extras that they offer so that I can detail the interior of my car after my wash -- the vacuums, air wands, and leather conditioner are my favorites. Don't go here. Please. They have been charging my card for 6 months for a membership i never signed up for. I went through once and i caught on my credit card that they signed me up for a membership without my consent or knowledge. A high price membership i wouldn't/ would never pay for. Definitely not recommend! They made unauthorized charges under my card and refused to return it. The "manager" is totally unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and dishonest.
