I come here regularly to get my eyebrows threaded, and they typically do a great job. I usually go to Gheeta because she's excellent at shaping them. However, there have been a couple of occasions where I've had mixed experiences. Once, a new person made my eyebrows a little uneven. Another time, Gheeta was on the phone during the session, and one side ended up slightly thinner than the other. When she's not distracted, though, she's amazing and pays close attention to detail, leaving my brows perfectly shaped. The women continued their conversation as if I didn't walk in. Zero acknowledgement & I waited about 30 seconds for them to finish talking to which they didn't, so I walked right out. I as a customer should be first priority over any conversation. Chasing customers away when the shop is completely empty is crazy. Never coming back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A FACIAL AT THIS SPA!! I took my daughter to get a "teen facial" for her graduation since she was having a little acne breakout. The very next day after the facial, we noticed that her skin was burned. I took her back to the spa to show them what happened and all they said was her skin is too sensitive & gave us a dab of aloe vera (I practically had to beg for that). Extremely rude, no customer service skills. Older lady with glasses who performed the eyebrow threading and tinting threw my card at me because I requested the tinting on my eyebrows be removed as I worried about the skin above my eyebrow being tinted. I told her I was not paying for the tinting because it was removed after 1 minute. She proceeded to let me know " she knew I was not going to pay" I would not recommend this place. 0 customer service skills, the building is extremely hot, I did not see her sanitize her hands after dealing with someone's hair. read more

I am so happy with the way my hair turned out. I have visited many salons and they end up leaving my blonde highlights with copper color. Came in to have Geeta thread my eyebrows right before the COVID 19 lockdown on March 17, 2020. My threading was way overdue and I had an appointment scheduled somewhere else for the next day, but with the imminent lockdown, I rushed to find somewhere to go asap. I called ahead and Geeta was kind enough to wait for me to come in (I live about 30 minutes away) even though business was slow and honestly she probably should have just went home early for the day- especially with all the madness going on! I was very grateful for that. I hadn't had my eyebrows done in over two months and I wasn't too pleased at the thought of having to wait another three weeks (at least) to get them done after the lockdown. Geeta was gentle and listened to my preferences. She looked at my eyebrows and made sure to try to make them as even as possible (a difficult task!). I am very pleased with the results. Total was $11 before tip. She was very friendly and didn't rush me, even though she was going to go home after me. The shop was very clean, and had a pleasant and calming atmosphere. I wish she was closer, but in another bind, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here! read more

Geeta was lovely! I've never gotten my brows done before but to have her as my first time was a very pleasant experience. She evened them out and left them looking clean and sharp. I had booked the appointment just a few hours before and expected to be turned down, but thankfully she had plenty of time to take me in! She works quickly and efficiently, which is likely why she's able to take last-minute appointments like mine. I also decided to get a haircut on a whim after Geeta was done with my brows, and even then I only had to wait about 10 minutes or so to have that last-minute request granted. My hair turned out amazing! I showed her a few reference pictures and she got right to work, and we had a long conversation in the meantime. I expected a simple 1-2 inch trim and half-hearted curtain bangs because I had very long hair that I was reluctant to get rid of, but she knew exactly what to do with my layers and volume and went above and beyond my request to give me a mid-length look that suited me much more than I imagined. Overall, her work is far better at her low prices than that of other salons I've been to with much higher rates. Will definitely be booking there again! read more

I have been with Heavenly Spa for more than a year now. As a meticulous and an OCD person, I just don't allow anybody touching and holding my hair. I still remember my 1st service Geetha, having my haircut I was adamant, but when she met my satisfaction and exceeded my expectations, I never left, never looked elsewhere. Me and my mom comes here every 2 weekks, for haicut and coloring. I must say, the Salon is always kept clean, and tidy. The staff follows standard health protocols.. a mask w/ gloves. I've been going to Geeta for 8 years now. Greta is phenomenal at what she does. Not one is she a master threader, she has also become a friend. Walking through her doors is like walking through the front doors of a friend's house. She is always sweet and accommodating. As for why Geeta is a master: I have a bald spot on one of my brows from an accident when I was a kid and Geeta shapes the hair so that when it grows, it covers the area. The way she shapes brows also perfectly accentuates the face. These ladies did an excellent job on my hair. I didn't really understand what I wanted, it's called an ombre. They were able to interpret my description and explain what it entails. I haven't colored my hair in 10 yrs, getting this done was a bit scary. They helped me choose a great color and added a light lilac color throughout. I was afraid to go too bold with the color but this is a soft start. Can't wait to get my touch ups next month, i hope to brighten the purple so it's more prominent. The first time I came in to her shop she was by the old Foodmax on Delta fair boulevard. My first time here since I was too lazy to drive to Sunvalley Mall for my regular threading place. Eyebrow work was ok, nothing out of the ordinary but I only went there for a clean-up. What bothers me is she's very unsanitary. First, she answered a phone call during the threading, which is ok with me but seconds later I felt her saliva showering on my face as she had that thread on her mouth while talking. Then I felt something wet on my lap (wore shorts) and found out that it was the used thread that was once in her mouth/lips. She basically just dropped it there and oblivious that it landed on my lap. So grossed out. I didn't even notice if she used hand sanitizer before or after me as she was working on another client prior. Definitely NOT going back. That was Geeta by the way. read more

Nope didn't like it here. First of all toooooo damn hot in there.. sun is literally beating through the windows and they don't have an ac running. Second of all the main lady pinned some new lady on me which was so scared and intimidated to do the job she was taking forever!!!! Then I had to tell her I wasn't comfortable because I couldn't rest my head anywhere on her chair and she's like oh and then pops up the head rest for me! Ugh why didn't she do that to begin with?? My neck was sore af! Anyway it got to the point where I had to tell the other lady to plz finish the job because I needed to go I seriously couldn't be in there any longer. She eventually did but it was just an ok job. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 15 years.. however I'm new to this area so I've been looking for a good place. This place has really nice ladies even though they dont speak english very well. I will say that the wait time is kinda ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 and ended up being taken care of at 5:20. And there was no one else in the spa. Geeta, the lady that does my eyebrows is very nice and knows what shes doing, but can take a long timer for her to get to you. what can i say...the staff was nice! but... i ended up with a bald spot on my left eyebrow after threading and i'm still filling it in with makeup. when she finished threading i was handed a cotton ball with astringent on it so i could clean the hair off my OWN face. i was a little confused... when i got home, i had to re-trim my brows because they were all different lengths. it wasn't painful, and i didn't end up with nicked skin. she was relatively fast, but sorry, geeta. i won't be coming back. read more
