I go in and get my eyebrows threaded and told the lady not to thin and a spot I was growing out. She hands me the mirror and my brows are horrible. One really thin and the other still the same. I was upset but walked over to pay and let the lady know I had a free eyebrow. She told me no I can't do that. She was an older woman so I understood she might not know how to use the system. I go in to pay and usually it lets you type in your number to earn more points. I asked her if she could please reset so I could get points for paying full price. She said no again. I was very upset at this point because there's never been an issue with entering the phone number. My eyebrows looked so bad and I had a trip to Disneyland for Mother's Day. I text the number for the owner as she had replied in the past and let her know the situation...no response. She was really patient while working with me on the mapping especially since I sent over a lot of inspo pics, and as a first-timer, I wasn't sure how to describe what I wanted. I came all the way from Dublin to Antioch because she's one of the few lash artists in the east bay that do anime lashes, and her portfolio really solidified my choice because I loved the natural style it showcased where her lashes would enhance your eyes while adding a little extra twinkle. Her studio has a really calming and relaxing vibe, and she is so, so sweet and professional. She also offered snacks and water before getting started! During the process, Jenni had a really gentle hand and explained everything before doing it, which is really nice because since your eyes are closed the whole time, you wouldn't be startled when she'd move onto the next step. I almost fell asleep at one point because I was so comfortable! We did a reveal at the end and my jaw was on the floor with the results -- each lash was styled to perfection, and it literally looked like I had a filter on my eyes! I rate her 10 out of 10. She is professional, knowledgeable, very like-able personality and shop was clean and cute. But most important, she does amazing work!! Her prices are also fair. I had microblading with shading due to an old brow tattoo from over 20 years ago. During our consultation, Shawna recommended the shading in order to blend in the old tattoo. The picture attached is from the day of my appt. Now that my brows have healed, they are a tad bit lighter but look very natural. The best part about it ... putting on eyeliner and mascara ... and leaving the house! No more fussing with my brows trying to get them "decent." I highly recommend Shawna!
