Team was on time coming to site and worked per schedule, didn't waste materials, very flexible to make any minor suggestion, kept the site clean. Material purchase was done jointly and it was very transparent, communication was good. Mat 30th is when I began to see trouble when Anthony (Tony) left his entire crew working and left the sight. The workers said we never got paid and wouldn't leave my property, I messaged Anthony and he said he would be back and had to get supplies, he never returned. Then 5 separate times other workers came to me with the same complaint. He began giving me many excuses and false promises to come and finish my installation or at least drop off the materials he made me pay for upfront. I paid him 75% of the entire project upfront with only maybe 10% complete. I tried everything possible to allow him to make things whole with me and sent 11 emails requesting my refund with zero replies. He then went to a courthouse and committed purgery and lied saying he completed the job but I won't stop "harrasing" him. This complaint was of course dismissed after the judge saw my evidence. I have now filed a complaint with the ROC and during this process discovered he had other complaints under different business names, LOYALTY LANDSCAPING, and others. It has now been over 5 months since the company has abandoned my job and stole my money. I was forced to file a civil complaint and lawsuit against the company. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR HIRE JOSE ANTHONY REYES AKA Tony or Anthony for ANY JOB! He is a liar and a thief and has many complaints going back 8 years and keeps defrauding the public. I have never been through anything as terrible as this with any company. PLEASE BEWARE!!

He does what he feels like rather than what we as the homeowners need, and the product is very poor. He has cost us a lot of money with plants and trees lost and needing replacement due to his carelessness, and he has on more than one occasion damaged our property. He doesn't notice problems, doesn't get on top of things soon enough, ignores items that obviously need attention, and doesn't listen. Perhaps he's capable of very simple projects, but anything requiring even the least bit of sophistication appears to be beyond his capabilities. He promises a lot but doesn't deliver. We deeply regret hiring him, and can't possibly recommend him.
