First time at One Stop Car Wash & Oil Change on Saturday and probably my last. I arrived for a car…read morewash. There was a bit of a wait, but that wasn't an issue for me; however, if you are in a hurry, this may not be the place for you. When it was my turn, I asked the differences between the $30 and $35 car wash. I was told the $35 car wash included a wax seal on the exterior of the car and the $30 car wash did not include a wax seal but included the cleaning of my tires, exterior and interior. So I opted for the $30 car because that was all I needed. After your car is washed, you go to an attendant to get your exterior and interior cleaned (tires wiped, car wiped in the inside and outside, and vacuum). I waited for them to finish cleaning and I went inside to pay. The interior of the building is due for a makeover. The snack machine is empty, water didn't look clean and seating was limited. As I went to pay, I asked if they had Apple Pay. They stated they only take card or cash. Unfortunately, I had neither and wasn't told this in the beginning. Most businesses these days have Apple Pay. The reason for the two stars are because the ladies allowed me to run to get cash and come back and pay. I didn't mind doing that and kept my promise. However, once my car was done being "cleaned" I realized it didn't look like anything had been done to it. Trash was still visible, dirt on the inside by the gas pedal and brake area, and tires were still dirty. When I came back to pay, I mentioned it to a young lady and she was willing to vacuum the inside and clean the tires. She did a decent job and I was appreciative of her willingness to help but it still wasn't to my level of satisfaction. I also asked if the mats would be wiped and told it would be $2 per mat. This was interesting because most car washes would include this along with the interior cleaning. Nonetheless, I paid it but it was still very odd to me. After it was all said and done, I had spent about 2-3 hours dealing with the whole fiasco of getting my car washed, obtaining cash, and waiting for my car to be cleaned a second time, only to get home and spend another hour cleaning my tires and the interior of my car (and my car is not at all extremely dirty). Overall, this experience left a bad impression on me and for those reasons, I would not recommend this place nor return!

I asked me why I wanted to run my car through a second time. I told him the tires were not cleaned thoroughly. I needed another run. It was actually Ky first time so I didn't know that ow what go expect. But with the previous attendant, the expectation was established that if I wasn't satisfied I could wash again. That is when the car wash police ahowed up he told me he didn't see the first on my tires. And I just looked at him. You know you can tell when someone has never owned anything. I didn't want to be rude so I let him blow his stack while I just sat their in my truck and smiled with conviction. He eventually let me go but his attitude was engrained in his experience. (1) the vacuum are so weak and nolonger do a great job. 2) one of the matt cleaner does not operate at all for the last 1.5 years. I have spoken to 4 different managers over the time about repairing as all managers make excuses as to why its not operating. I have been unplugging this thing for 1.5 years and apparently they keep plugging it up without fixing the issue. I have also personally placed a big sign on this mat cleaner as of course it does not phase them. This location is trash and no one cares.

Black Owned Business…read more I called & ended up speaking with Johnnie, the Owner who was tied up servicing vehicles for an upcoming car show. However, even though I didn't have a mobile appointment, Johnnie stated if I came to his location he would take care of me. & that he did. I've been in a rental SUV for over a month through various elements - Johnnie & Ronnie made the vehicle look brand new. The finishing touch of air fresheners in the vents & the leather seats thoroughly cleaned was worth the $40. While the cleaning was in process, I went across the street to Dollar General to past the time. About a 1/2 hour later, Johnnie came inside with my keys & told me I was good to go. Talk about great customer service & being happy with the outcome went hand and hand. I have now been summoned to set up family member's vehicles to get serviced, which will be easy to do on their website. I'll see Johnnie a few times over before heading back home.

I booked directly online and the pricing was transparent. They came on time and we pulled our cars to the driveway and went back to our house to work. They texted me when they were done and we went outside. They also asked us to double check and let them know if anything was missed. My only complaint is that an older male employee watch me for 20ish as I vacuumed and threw trash away. When I mean watched me he stood one car away and never moved or said anything to me just watched me. It made me feel very uncomfortable I sat in my car a while waiting for him to leave and he did eventually.
