However, even though I didn't have a mobile appointment, Johnnie stated if I came to his location he would take care of me. & that he did. I've been in a rental SUV for over a month through various elements - Johnnie & Ronnie made the vehicle look brand new. The finishing touch of air fresheners in the vents & the leather seats thoroughly cleaned was worth the $40. While the cleaning was in process, I went across the street to Dollar General to past the time. About a 1/2 hour later, Johnnie came inside with my keys & told me I was good to go. Talk about great customer service & being happy with the outcome went hand and hand. We got our two cars washed and waxed today. I had never booked anything like this before so I didn't know what to expect. They were able to finish within the hour and did a great job. I booked directly online and the pricing was transparent. They came on time and we pulled our cars to the driveway and went back to our house to work. They texted me when they were done and we went outside. They also asked us to double check and let them know if anything was missed. After they left, they emailed me the invoice to pay online, where I was also able to tip. Overall, it was a great experience, price was reasonable, and they were super nice and friendly. Don't expect a clean vehicle if your vehicle is dirty and has oxidation. AUCTION VEHICLE - According to Johnny the price we agreed on did not include to buff the truck only hand / orbital wax. In my professional opinion (I was a detailer) it was not performed. But, it did include for me to return the next day to have mud in several places cleaned. I could not believe that I would get a call telling me that my truck was detailed only to find it in a condition that I can only describe as a JOKE... I understand he may have to wipe a spot here and there but, for the whole truck to look CRAZY is totally absurd. To top it off for him to have an attitude about his LACK OF QUALITY is disturbing. This was my 5th time using his service, so I was extremely disappointed at how I was treated as a recurring customer. I had a 12pm appt. He called at 12:11 saying he was running late b/c he was coming from kennesaw, which I said was okay. He sent a text with an eta of 12:47. At 12:52, he sent another saying he stopped to get gas. At 1:15, I still hadn't heard anything & asked if he was still coming. He texted me at 1:21 saying sorry, he also stopped to get food b/c he was hungry. So an hour & a half late, he finally arrived & washed my car. I was offered nothing outside of the apology. In fact, when I questioned him about it, he said he had apologized for being late, I should have sympathy b/c he was hungry, & that after I paid the invoice I could cross him off my list. I paid the invoice without argument (b/c he had my home address & I didn't want any issues) & asked that my saved card information please be removed from his website. His response was it wasn't that serious, immediately followed up with a text saying he was blocking my number. Imagine being a recurring, always tipping customer & receiving a response like this. Like I said, very disappointed at the way he never even once tried to make the situation right. But like he told me to do, I'll be crossing him off my list. read more

He came early but. His professionalism wasn't very good. Looked into my car with horror. Even after I told them before hand that it was dirty. Due to having special needs child. Juice spills on interior and rugs. The shampoo looks halg ass also the floors as well.. The outside of the car wasn't cleaned. The he offended me by saying it was dog shit in the car stop lying. The car was absolutely spotless and could of passed for a brand new car. When I lost my wallet and needed to get the car he worked with me to be able to pay.
