For instance, the second time I went through, many years ago, the top spinner broke my antenna off. I never brought it to the attention of management, so that is on me, but it definitely damaged my car. Overall the staff is great, though some of the newer staff is not very knowledgeable or understanding when it comes to the questions that you have. For instance, when I used to live here I had the basic subscription service. I cancelled it because I moved, and then when I moved back to the area and came up here, I asked if there was a way to reinstate my old membership, but just update the car. I did this at the touch screen gate, where someone typically always comes out to meet you, and the girl that came to assist me simply could not comprehend what I was asking. It is what it is, as I'm sure that probably is not a common question, but still, if you don't know, just go get a manager, or just admit that you don't know and ask if I can go inside to speak with a manager. Annoying when people think they have all the answers, but don't. Regardless, I keep coming back here. It is probably one of the best car washes in the area. One thing I wish they would do is just get the mat wash area together. When I first started going here, it was good. Everything was working and was functional. They had a 7 head washer that helped to make sure that your mats were thoroughly washed. Now it is just a rickety one nozzle hose, the soap dispenser barely dispenses soap, and it seems like they turned down the pressure on the air nozzle.

Once I got home I noticed a lot of scratches and swirls on my car. Not to mention my new $500 ceramic tint was scratched as well on driver and passenger side. I called and took it back immediately. We came to a resolution for them to "polish" them out but only after being insulted by the comments of "they come from the dealership this way" and "I've been doing this for 20 years and it has never happened before" and "we just fixed someone else's mess up". After their "polish" the scratches are not as noticeable but they aren't all completely gone:( I'm still kicking myself in the butt for not washing her myself. NEVER AGAIN.

As you can see from the pictures the wash begins at $2 or 8 quarters and the vacuum or carpet shampooer for $1.50. For $2 you get 3 minutes and during that time I usually pressure rinse brush rinse and wax my baby! Then sometimes I need to vacuum sometimes I don't. I don't need to worry about my vehicle getting scratched which happened before. Additionally I control the soap or use none so I keep the high gloss shine on my vehicle. Be sure to bring change in quarters or there is a coin changer for ones gives and tens (note no twenties)! Everything has been well maintained on my visits and kept clean. It's my go to car wash place!!!

When I asked why they said it's "dirty". But that's why you take your car to a car wash right? When it's dirty. I didn't know it was a different price when a car is "excessively dirty" which my car wasn't. I did pay the price because a bird has been pooping on my car and I was ready to stop looking at it. When I got my car back everything looked pretty good. But..... there was bird poop on my car. While the location is a little out of my way, I ended up at Wash Time due to my go-to being closed for construction. Unlike other spots, they have you vacuum first, if you want. When you pull in you have two options, head to the left and go straight for the wash or head to the right and vacuum your vehicle before hitting the wash. I opted to head right and spent a few minutes using the free vacuums. The vacuum area is gated and can only be exited after paying for and getting your wash, so if you are trying to be slick to get a free vacuum, then this ain't the place for you! Once you get your vacuum on and get your car wash, you can swing by the "wipe down" station that is situated right at the exit. It only features 4 spaces, but that is always enough. This little station is outfitted with a few stands that feature good quality, cloth-like paper towels that allow you to wipe down whatever part of your vehicle you would like. Pricing is fair. The one time washes start at $8.00 and go up to $29.99. I opted for the $20.00, Wax It wash. They also have a membership program that allows you unlimited washes of one of the top two tier washes, Wax It or Look Your Best. The prices are $24.99/$29.99 per month. Again, unlimited washes at which ever level you sign up for. Seems like a good deal if you venture here a few times a month, as just going 2 times in one month will make the membership worth it. Speaking of the membership, they have associates manning the pay stations that are there to help in case of issues with payment, but more for recruitment. I didn't mind the gentlemen and his sales tactics, but I do wish he would have had a mask on, given his proximity to my window as he chatted through the benefits of a membership. I opted not to sign up today as it was my first visit, so I wasn't sure the quality. Now that I have been through a wash, and was happy with the outcome, I could see the pros of signing up for a membership! Overall, solid spot with a good product at a decent price. While I am not in this particular area of Austell often, when I am I will surely swing through to get my car some love!
